- The most delicious breakfast bread I've ever made! Incredibly simple and fast.
The cup size I use: 200 ml
The size of the tea cup I use: 100 ml
Necessary materials
2 glasses of water ( 400 ml )
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams)
5 cups of flour (600 grams)
1 pack of baking powder (10 grams)

Melted butter (200 grams)
1 tea glass of oil (100 ml)

I wanted to actually try the recipe before I commented. My first two or three tries showed me that I knew very little of the technique. This Chef is a true artist with a rolling pin. Whether taught by a Mom, a Grandmother an Aunt or just natural talent. A true artist. I will say this, my first few tries showed I could not make a circle. They looked more like amoeba than circles. That aside the recipe was outstanding. Even my first couple of semi failed attempts. I have now made this recipe about a dozen times and though my skill is still poor it is improving as is the time to table. We love it. Be patient, prepare to fail a few times, but always enjoy. Thank you for sharing. It is much appreciated. I pray you have a blessed life.

Sometimes she would put little bit getaway cheese, it was so delicious.

In Malaysia we call it ROTI CANAI / ROTI PRATA. It is of indian origin recipe. Serve all tru' out the days especially during breakfast. The upgraded flavour is some prepared with onion, chilly, and egg. We call it ROTI TELOR BAWANG (pancake with egg, onion n chilly). But due to the way it is marinated prior to being fried, one piece = 1 loaf od bread as far as the calorie is concerned, so if you are thinking of going for diet, reduce or refrain from taking ROTI CANAI.
