This instrument is played in several countries. It is very appreciated by Persians. Siamak Aghaei is on TH-cam with Taknavazi 1 and 2. Parviz Meshkatian is another great player. And the legendary Faramarz Paivar. In Persia is called the Santur. In N India, in Kashmir, the santur was taken from the folk music into classical music by Shivkumar Sharma. In Greece it is called Santouri and a good player was Aristidis Moshos. In Romania it is called tsambal. Toni Iordache was a great player. I heartily recommend the whole list of players...they are fantastic!!

Echoes in Time really shows that the dulcimer is very versatile. The way you make use of that is exceptional. A shame it is so underrated or simply not known about. I would love to see sample libraries that are able to recreate things like Echoes in Time - maybe that would help a bit with popularity. Impressive work.
