From that station, I'll be taken to KL Sentral main rail station, and then from there all the way to my kampung. Same for my folks in Kedah wanting to visit me in Seri Kembangan-Serdang area, they will be taken from KL Sentral all the way to this station that is close to my house. I am not sure how the rest of the station is located but when it comes to Cyberjaya I am not happy with the location. The station is put in the middle of nowhere, its like 10-15 minutes driving distance from the major area of the city. Shaftsburry - MMU - Shell - IBM - NeoCyber and so on. This is an area that has very high concentrations. 60-70% of Cyberjaya populations is concentrated within this small area. Yet the government doesnt have enough common sense to make one station in this area, yet they put it in the middle of nowhere. Its pathetic. Basically people who work or live in Cyberjaya has to drive 10 minutes to go the MRT, park there which I am guessing parking rates will be riduculously expensive, then pay for the tickets. Does the government think this is really going to work? Hell no, people will just end up driving. Its so disappointing because Cyberjaya has so much potential to attract large scale FDI's but if this is the kind of planning the city have. It will end up still being a ghost city.

Actually Greater Kuala Lumpur (Klang Valley) had already achieved fully developed high income status since the early 1990s. Today the area is on par with Singapore in terms of development. The reason for Malaysia as a nation being late to achieve that status is due to the fact that the country is large and many parts of the country are remote, especially in East Malaysia.
