  • BTS J-Hope is creating some awesome stuff. This is deep. How we are all separated but affecting each other with love and passion for something. I LOVE this collaboration. The two sunbaes were very personal about the state of their lives and everything fit perfectly. Wow
BTW One negative. I would have killed to see all three of them perform together. That would have been so cool.

for context, neuron is the first ever dance crew hobi was in, he's said multiple times that's where it started and he owes them everything.
the young boy represents hope as a young boy.

So I guess the message is that we are all the neurotransmitters that bridge the gap. 💜 NEURON is his street dance crew from when he was very young, before BTS. They inspired his love for dance, and play an important role in his dance journey.
This song is the title track to his Album - HOPE ON THE STREET - Volume 1, that he just released. It's an OST (original sound track) for his docu-series on AMAZON PRIME VIDEO. There is also a Korean Platform that it's on, and I can't remember the name. His docuseries is about his dance journey, and he travelled around the world to Paris, Japan, and New New York, and then Korea, and Gwangju, his home town. He met with street dancers of different genre's of street dance, and he learned and danced, and remembered his past, and contemplated his future and where he wants to take his dance moving forward. There are four episodes so far, and there are two more left in this season. I have a feeling their will be a season two and a Volume 2.

Now I get what it Gaeko he's saying hey I might not be much in the eyes of the world of those around me but I'm still got something to say. Also it fits with the gaeko lizard even if he doesn't know we call the little lizard a Gaeko. eg I'm small in this world but I'm sticking with it what I do. It's almost a triple play on words.

To really appreciate the significance of this music, you really need to watch the new Prime Video - Hope On The Street. Each song is related to one of the episodes, which in turn features one style of street dance - popping, locking, hip hop, house, Neuron(J-Hope's old dance crew).
