*Well done to Erik for pushing ahead, to get that section of the ceiling done, with your assistance too. 🙂 Roll onto next week to see the full outside reveal 🙂nz*
Our electrician saw I had the samples sitting on the ground and he hooked up power to the cans so I can use them temporarily until we are ready for full install, lol. Certainly looks much brighter now!
Great video and good job Suzanne. Really coming together now. Congratulations on the doe. Hope y'all had a blessed Thanksgiving and take care and have a blessed and safe week and I'll see you on your next video.
If you idle the motor down on the backhoe. When you come up to an underground buried obstacle the loader will bog down and let the operator know. I learned that from a experienced operator.
Gettin' any snow? You should be wearing a Serious Hard Hat, but Nobody Listens (NL). Finish Taping and Sanding the Joints before moving Scaffold. Check the Heat Treatment Stamp on your structural lumber. S P F means Spruce Pine or Fir. ( Hemlock). Put continuous Red tape 1' above the buried lines when backfilling and Map them out carefully . 6" Gutters if available. 5" minimum. Well Done Crew. Could a Drill be used to raise the Drywall? Handwheel for fine movement. Trim will cover the gap! Check light fixtures as you go for power. Great Shooting. Yearling.
Only a small bit of snow so far. I'm curious how what the lumber says, will have to check! Erik did throw some of the yellow caution tape into the trench while he backfilled it, as per your suggestion :) We tried getting a company to add 6" gutters but wouldn't call us back, so we had a company add 5" just last week :)
Just casually running inside to get your rifle to drop a deer, lol. Great job. Where did you end up hitting the doe? Was it on the other side? There's not even any blood.
5,000 lumens is a LOT of light, equivalent to a 300W (or higher) incandescent bulb. Wouldn't take but a couple to light the whole room. I'm not sure you WANT to know how much you have spent so far! Make sure you are sitting down ;)
It sure isn't going to be a very economical house. With them high ceilings like that it's going to cost you a fortune to heat and cool that place. The other bad thing will be keeping it clean along with the high windows.
Your barndominium is really taking shape. Hanging drywall is very hard work. You're going to have a beutiful home. Thanks for sharing your build.
Love and admiration conquer distances. I send my warm greetings and longings to you, my lady, across the continents.❤

Your house design is amazing looking. Great series.
Thankyou! I think it looks a bit plain still at the moment on the outside, but we still have lights, door handles and the pergola to add :)
Congratulations on the deer. Had my hopes up to see the outside done but I can wait till next vid.
Those are great lights. You will not regret it!

@@This1LifeWeLive testing the bean spread you like is smart. Remember there will be more of them though at the same time so don’t go too wide!💡
Great video
Congratulations Suzanne!!!
Thankyou!
Amazing work!

Looking good. Congrats on the doe. Great video.
your home is looking good
Thankyou!
It looks so much bigger with drywall!
I think so! It's a bit of a mind trick too, everyone thinks it's massive but really it's only a tiny bit larger than our doublewide, lol
*Oh, poor Bambi !* 😭😭😭😭 *I'm just kidding* *Great shot* *I really enjoy your videos*

Take a drone shot of the buried lines

I think we are going to try to do that :) So much easier to get an accurate idea!
👍👍👍

I’ve always heard that if there is snow/frost on the outside it means it’s insulated very well.
Excellent! I'll have to keep watch on it then!
YUM BACKSTRAP
extra tender, lol
I did all the inside of my house all I did was have a crew come in and do the mud part so the walls and ceiling be flat.
I’m afraid of heights so seeing him climb down the scaffolding after taking that top section down got me dizzy lol.
Ah, just go up and down about 20 times and you'll be ok ;D

ok, so it's early and my brain ins't working yet, lol, did I say lumens? The lumens are 1200, the color temp is up to 5,000K

I must had miss the reason why yal did go with 12ft sheetrock ?
We are going to use 12ft on the walls. 12 ft 5/8 on the ceiling was too much for us to handle we are newbie drywallers.
I was just wondering cause that decision makes for a lot more seams & that a lot more work. But I understand your reasoning behind it .
