Hi I think the part at 3:10 about the cheat sheet is misleading I’ve been told you can’t go to the lockers during the break, can you elaborate on how you used it the day of your test?
Hi Luis. Thank you for watching. It is important to create a cheat sheet and add all the important concepts and equations as you're studying, and you should constantly review those concepts so you remember them for your FE. And you can also review those notes, especially the day before your exam. As far as getting to your locker during the break, I think you can go to your locker during the break. If you can't, that's OK; just make sure to review your notes the day before.
When is that 25 mins break? between the morning and afternoon sessions? Also how long is each half of the exam? Where is that cheat sheet? I am doing my exam on 9/17, it is very stressful as I am not even half way through my studies lol...been out of school for 11 years already
Hey Khaled, so the 25-minute break is between each section. Typically around question number 58. Technically you could split the whole FE exam time limit (5hr 20 minutes) in half but I don't recommend necessarily spending an even amount of time on each section. I actually have a whole video on how to manage your time, how the FE is broken down, and more exam time management tips. I highly recommend it for you. th-cam.com/video/lXHN7FjEmLU/w-d-xo.html Also, here is the cheat sheet! www.engenieer.com/e-landing-page/fe-exam-cheat-sheet/ Many students have used it to help them study and pass on exam day. I hope it helps you as well! Good luck with your test in a few weeks! We'd love for you to email us and let us know how you did. If you happen to fail, we can get on a call with you to help you create a new custom study plan if interested. If you pass, we'd love to celebrate with you! Email us at hello@engenieer.com 😊
@@Genieprep that m you Kenza, really appreciate it In another video you discussed how I may flag the hard question and get back to it later, what if I do this and I go over the 52+ questions (morning session) within just an hour or so...will the break start? Also will I be able to get back to the morning session before the break? Will I know the morning session # of questions in the beginning of the exam?
Hi, i have my exam in a few days. what is the policy on bathroom breaks? are we able to go at any time, or just during the 25 min break? Thanks in advance
You can take a bathroom break during the exam, however the timer won't stop, so it would be better to wait until the 25 min break, the timer stops then.
Only two days left. Good luck, Jose! Don't study the day before, especially if you are learning something new, to avoid overwhelming yourself. You can do this!! Keeps us updated on how things go.
Hi Sakib! Thank you for watching and for sharing this with us. We wish you the best of luck and hope everything goes well for you. Remember that you did your best and studied hard for this, so go in there and give it your all. Please keep us updated on how it goes!
Hi Dennis. Thank you for watching, and I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with test anxiety. First, I want to insist on the fact that this is very normal; it happens to most students, especially those who failed the FE before. This exam is not easy; you're being challenged mentally and emotionally as well, but you are more than capable of overcoming this. The two biggest tips are: first, practice. The biggest way to get rid of test anxiety is to put yourself in the same exam environment to know what to expect, so make sure you take a lot of practice exams and set up the same FE environment for that. The second piece of advice is to watch this interview where Andreza spoke about her very bad test anxiety, how she was able to overcome it, and what tips her therapist recommended to her: th-cam.com/video/gE3PhQKx9ds/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=GeniePrep. I hope this will help you. Good luck with your FE.
