This was actually made for the interval act of Eurovision 2004.
The elevator scene is take from ABBA The Movie.
Derek, the four of them in the elevator is a scene from Abba - The Movie 1977, and later the Eagle follows (my favorite version). The Movie is a feature film by Lasse Hallstrom, but it's actually about their Australian tour. Hope you'll have fun watching it

So the entire cast is famous swedish actors. Along with legendary UK comedian Rik Mayall as the recordboss. Basically every spoken line is from an ABBA song.

I always loved how the dialogue of the people in the waiting room and in the other room are references to ABBA songs like Watch Out (1:24), I Have A Dream (1:54), Rock Me (2:08), Money, Money, Money (3:50), Soldiers (6:22), I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do (3:03), Ring, Ring (4:55), Two for the Price Of One (5:00), That’s Me (5:39), Thank You For The Music (7:06), and Hasta Manaña (7:39). This was a funny and great video!

The surprices are even more - the manager in the video is actor and former opera singer Loa Falkman, in fact, every single person appearing in this video (in addition to Cher and ABBA themselves) are actors and comedians, all well known for people living in Sweden.

Yep, it's very different but a lot of fun.
Call out to the late Rik Mayall who was a well known British comedy actor and who played the mischievous record producer.
I hope that you really enjoyed it and I encourage as many people as possible to take the time to watch this. Just brilliant.
The puppets are from Spitting Image, a very popular satirical programme in the UK. Politicians, entertainers, anyone big in the public eye gets a roasting. People would clamour to be portrayed, otherwise you know you’re not hot
There is another version of this video, where after the final titles there is a little bonus where Björn and Benny puppets are talking about their future musicals.

If you did not notice, all dialogs are lyrics from their songs.... scene in the elevator is from their movie ABBA THE MOVIE.
They had impersonators when you saw them from the back at the very end. The TH-cam video about the making of this music video shows how they took a clip from the 70s from some other film where they were actually in the elevator like that and they substituted the guy in the blue suit for the actual person that entered the elevator. Watch it again and see how much of the dialogue is either titles of some of their songs or lyrics from their other songs.

LOL! A cousin gave me this DVD for Christmas quite a few years ago.
Most the dialogue in the video is comprised of ABBA song titles. And music is tucked in all over the video.
There is another video about the making of this music video. Tons of Easter eggs. And I noticed at the very beginning when the receptionist is on the phone the words she is saying are lyrics from Mamma Mia. Much of the dialogue is lyrics from ABBA songs.
I love wee videos like this that are full of "Easter Eggs".

This not really anything to react to -never was - maybe for a uk'er. Just do a video about early agneta her german songs and her teenage voice which still are superior to any current teenager.
All the dialogue is made up from ABBA lyrics - not just the "easter eggs" from the beginning. Not sure if you care how uninformed you look or is that your "reaction" schtick. used to like your videos, just can't stomach the pandering anymore

They came together after 40 years and gave us a complete new album. What do you want more than that?
