Awesome! Me too. I love figuring out the differences as well. What I think about while watching any of these at Matt's shop is why can't we have anything like this store in America?!? The only place I can find a quarter of this stuff is Amazon! 😢 I'd much rather go to a shop, especially for as much as this one has.
I miss Maidenhead, it's where I used to get all my aquarium supplies back when I lived that way and was still keeping fish. Great place, and nice to have staff that are friendly and actually care about the customer getting the best experience whilst making sure the fish are cared for appropriately

Not enough videos on TH-cam about fresh water tanks. They are so so so much more interesting than Salt Water tanks. I had an 8 Ft tank myself what I lived in the USA.

I personally would never advise anything like this. Though, as you say only from your own source. Absolutely, filter media. I'm 56, and have kept fish since I've been 18. would you post videos of just hours of a tank running? I miss my tank and the noise of the filter and the better then TV drama. these videos you have are all very informative and entertaining but i would like to bask in a few hours of your tanks just doing what they do too.
I still to this day don't understand the point of adding so much bio media to a filter as opposed to chemical and mechanical filtration, when u have centimeters tall of gravel and sand for the bacteria to grow on. Is there really a reason that I'm missing?
