I think Burnie said in an interview that there were alot of easter eggs and call backs from past seasons to celebrate everyone who watched from the beginning, so I wouldn't be surprised if Locus shows up

I actually like Sarge having ODST shoulders since it alludes to his past AS an ODST. That and using Mark VII for Donut and then proceeding to not use the flower chest piece is a let down IMO
this was in production for awhile, and cross kitting was relatively more new in Infinites pipeline. unfortunately Infinite screwed the pooch on custimization for a good bit of the games lifespan
honestly the helmet they gave caboose in restoration is closer to the combat evolved helmet. The side lights and vents are larger and the sun guard has a divide in the middle. As for shoulder guards I'd give him the shoulder pads that you gave wash or the UA/Mark VI [GEN1]. Sarge's desighn has more character to him(even if they did just put all shogun shells in the game on him.) Eveyoneelse looks good.
Im gonna be blunt, those shoulders look terrible in infinite, there was a reason they did not use those shoulders in reach and just used the helmets, and i'm glad they changed that around, there might be a lore-related reason, there might not. Washington looks actually perfect tho in your idea and they ABSOLUTELY should do that for wash but, it is what it is.
To be fair, Trailblazer looks a lot closer to her H4 helmet than Reach Recon does. I 100% agree with Mark V Zeta being ugly though. Reach Mark V would've been a much better choice.
Halo Infinite art style fits rvb so well. I just think caboose should be in the reach core and the others use mark vii This will forever bug me just like how they don’t use the mark 6 in the halo 4 seasons.

Agreed. The EVA helmet has only ever looked good in Halo 3 but then bungie ruined a great design in reach and the following games just copied it.
