The Sedins are legends. They always worked harder,played smarter,and adjusted their game for the better. These guys are THE example for young players. How hard should you work? ….watch the Sedin brothers. That’s your answer.
The Sedins will be awesome working with the younger players including our Swedish league prospects... They add a ton of value to Canuck hockey culture and an already top shelf coaching team! Great move Jimmy!!!👍
Once Kuzmenko was gone the power play did not play as effectively. It can only help having the Sedins coach a powerplay. Just as long as they don't teach defense and rough stuff. That was their Achilles heel.. Both Sedins in retrospect were two of the top powerplay guys for years. But they had a bond where they knew where the other one was. And two of the best passers in franchise history. . I think we get closer to where we want to go. Not saying we win the cup, but we could.
I like the flying skate. IMO that was the best of their logos and features a bit C for Canucks. The Orca really never had anything to do with the Canucks and was purely branding for their parent company, Orca Bay. Does not fit the Canucks at all.

To me, Pius Suter has no business being on the powerplay. That's a gross misuse of his talent. Put him on the PK, and make whatever moves you have to make to put Joshua on the PP. Dakota played well last season and deserves that PP time this season. Suter does not have the offensive talent to be anything but a liability on the PP, especially with the secondary guns we've picked up, there's no excuse for having a bottom to middle 6 checker on the power play.

I think this team needs a play making centre for a Hoglander-Sprong winger set.
