the reaso why the models are from diffrent games is because, and i quote " the models came from a commercial 3d model pack for an engine known as FPSC. The pack is called "fpsc model pack 52 - viral outbreak", this also explains why they appear in other indie games." - Sean Toman. !!!
ohhhhhhhhhhh wooooooow. you watched Sournail’s video that didn’t not mentioned that the models and animations themselves were from a pack, that most likely unknowingly to Zeoworks, were basically just copies of some popular horror monsters (the Donald one is from the pack as well).

Fun fact: The models are actually not based on The tank, Regenerator or Necromorph. In fact they come from a different game which i dont know the name but they have those same models. For more proof take a side by side of l4d tank and tinky tank and you will see that they aren't the same

The models come from purchasable model packs for the engine "FPS Creator." Po, Dipsy, and Laa-Laa come from the pack called Viral Outbreak (which had monster designs inspired from other games, such as RE4 and Dead Space like described in the video) and Tinky Tank and Chainsaw Dispy come from a pack called Freaks and Weirdos. These models, especially the ones from Viral Outbreak, were used in quite a few small indie horror games in the 2010s, so it's not surprising to see them used in these games either.
