What product is the white sealant you used? I have Toyota FIPG, but it's black, not white. Is it best practice to use assembly lube instead of oil due to drain off? Thanks for the video. Very educational.

I have 2ZR-FE in my vibe.
It has VVT rattle on coldstart.
If i replace the camgear, do you have any recommendations? A gear with stronger actuator pin? Or revised design? How can i prevent it from happening again.

What are the mileage loss after rebuilding engine is it staying on same mileage or changed?
If you are asking about up fuel mileage then after engine rebuild the fuel mileage is good.
And if the up-meter is asking about the mileage, it continues like this
