How or what did you wire the ignition wire into? do you have a video showing how it's wired? I don't really want to wire mine hot
don't fall for the firehouse crap! this guy was smart 30 some bucks firehouse charging 89.99 for the same thing calling them firehouse same name brand on both of them look on ebay.
The new firehouse is 120db and the Ebay cheapo is only 40db. That's a big difference in sound

Don't waste your bucks. I bought one and the sound quality is crap at best. If you want quality, then you're going to have to cough up the bucks for a better system. Not only that, but the included clamps won't fit a toddler's tricycle let alone a full size cruiser.

i ve changed 3 moto stereo equipment ... the reason is the battery .... is your battery ok after 1 month everyday use?? ... i have a voltmeter that shows me 14 v on the run and 12,5V/11.0V while i idling .(honda shadow 750)12V 12Ah
Hi do you know how to reset the speaker? My bluetooth speaker now becomes haywire. After i turn it on it will auto search for radio stations and i tried pressing all the buttons but it will keep on auto search.
Bandit riders has the radio,everytime I see an installation the say wire it differently,hope I don't try mine.

I paid $50 from mfg but did not come with any hardware. used my own brackets. fm radio is hard to pick up radio station. it uses small wire enough to wrap around handlebar. maybe loud at its highest volumn but after 60mph, I can't hear it. Sound quality not that great.

If it is firehouse technology, it is a pile of shit. Installed one 2 weeks ago on my road king. Can't even hear it with the engine at idle

I JUST OPENED MINE AND HAD PLANNED TO SIMPLY CONNECT IT DIRECTLY TO THE BATTERY NANDSAND WAS CURIOUS AS TO HOW TO JOIN THE IGNITION WIRE TO MY PACELITE SCOOTER FOR TONIGHT (LATER TONIGHT I BEGIN REBUILDING MY 1996 REBEL 250. BUT I THOUGHT I WOULD TAKE IT FOR A TEST RUN ON MY ELECTRIC SCOOTER FOR MY TRIP TO O'REILLY'S. HIS DEVICE APPEARS TO BE OF THE SAME DESIGN AS THE ONE I JUST RECEIVED, BUT I'VE YET TO LOCATE A YELLOW WIRE. WOULDN'T THE DEVICE MAINTAIN THE PROGRAMMED RADIO STATIONS AND CLOCK (IF THERE IS ONE ) SINCE IT WILL HAVE A DIRECT CONNECTION TO THE POSITIVE/RED/HOT BATTERY. These are junk and the sound quality is that of a cheap transistor radio at best. Just spend $39 on Amazon and get a Boss MC 400 (600 watts) that sounds amazing, even at highway speeds. Or a MC 500 (around $59) with an FM radio in it.
THEN COME HOOK UP MY SPEAKER TO MY MINIBIKE. MEANWHILE, I'LL BE RIDING CIRCLES AROUND YOU ON MY ELECTRIC SKATEBOARD.
For 400 bucks plus tax and shipping you might as well get you some speaker lids for your bags and S Bluetooth amp for about 225-300 and have a really loud system. This is why I never shop at any Harley shop because to them your bike is in the copper category then they give you nothing for your bike and sell it for top dollar. Don't get me wrong we all gotta make money I just prefer not to take it up the ass doing so. Shop online save a ton of money and get better quality.

(From: The Student To: The Teacher) Mr. Johnson, Sir, no disrespect, but your explanation is worse than the instructional pamphlets for the electronic devices that come from overseas. People view YT videos for guidance and instructions on How To's and DIY's. In fact, I'm positive more value is put into the presentation of a device via a YT video, than is told in an Owner's/User's Manual. In this video you say one thing about a 'yellow' wire and it being a 'constant' (wouldn't that be a given since the device is connected directly to the battery?and yet, you neglect to document 'yellow' in your written description. Also, some people refer to 'ground' as being a part of the chassis, others know black as the negative anode on the battery. So which is it? Please delete this video, disassemble the speaker and parts, put in back like it was in the box, and START OVER from the beginning. Let us WATCH you as you EXPLAIN how the colors of the wires are not as they are written in the User's Manual, and/or are printed on stickers on the wires themselves. I was simply looking for a quickie set up to bypass having to disassemble any wiring housing on my Pacelite electric scooter and just go directly to the battery, so I could listen to me some FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH enroute to O'Reilly's to get something for my 1996 Rebel 250 that I have decided to refurbish. P.S. could you tell I'm a 90lb. pixie full of spunk? Have you learned your lesson??? Good, now go to my room.
