I don't want to sound distasteful but just last night as I was browsing through Freewell's website while taking a dump, I thought to myself "I really want to buy these filters but there are just gazillion of them. Why can't they release a thorough video explaining which filter is used with what and how" And today, BAM! So there is a bottom base ring which is first screwed on and everything sticks on to it. Thank you dear sir. You just released the video which Freewell should have long time ago.
My brother in Christ, I've just stumbled upon your channel. GOD tier content, please keep it up king. You on a rocket ship straight to the top if you keep it up papa.
Love your videos. Why you don't have more subscribers is beyond me. I want to like this kit, but have had bad experience with Freewell. If something goes wrong, they make you go through a wild goose chase trying to return/exchange/warranty their product. I'm not even that picky about gear, but I ended up with something defective and they had me take 3 different videos to prove the product's issues and THEN I would have to send back to China in order to get a replacement. Coming from the USA, that didn't work out for me. I ended keeping the defective VND I have from Freewell and went with the PolarPro VND. Twice the price, but at least the headache isn't there. And to be perfectly honest, I don't miss my Freewell one. The quality control on their products doesn't come close to matching the PolarPro in my opinion.
Damn... I just purchased the Polar Pro Variable ND and the 1/8 Black Pro Mist... Would've saved some money and had a bit more variation with this filter system. I might have to return them and purchase these. Thanks for the Video!

I definitely did a very speedy recovery walk through but I think most people will get the idea.

So far so good for me, but damn. that's not a very pleasant experience.
And with regards to the subs - spread the word!
The drawn graphics are one my favorite things about your videos :)
Thanks man. Makes it more fun for me. The iPad is really what started the doodles

I’ve never tried the Polar Pro but yes, this kit is quite the value proposition
Can you review the NISI VND and the 7artisians photoelectric VND. Looks promising!
Heard good things about the Nisi - haven't tried it yet though
Good review. Do you need different base rings give the filter size of your lenses?? Thanks. Geoff
Thanks Geoff. You’d either get another kit or simply use step up rings
