Got this one almost 2 months ago STILL not over this figure very amazing
This version of the assassing predator looks better than the first version
Agreed. I like the original, but I'm definitely gonna have to pick this one up. The painting is just incredible!
The only thing I didn't liked about the unarmored version is, the fact Neca took the armored body and painted to be the unarmored. In the movie, when Assassin unarmors, his skin is pretty smooth and doesn't have spikes.
But it's a really good looking figure.
The fact that the Assassin Predator is bigger than the typical Predator figures means that he's been afforded some added details. The head sculpts in particular look really good. Both of them are nicely sculpted, painted and detailed. The same is true for the body as well. The skin texture, musculature and spikes really stand out in terms of their details because of how big Assassin Predator is. It's not often that you see an unarmored Predator, which makes this one stand out as a result. However, it's unfortunate that the figure has such a difficult time standing because of the small feet. Otherwise, thanks again Spot. I appreciate it!

I love the mouth open head sculpt and paint job, NECA did an excellent job.
Spot, I recommend you to get and review the 12 inch Predator by McFarlane. It's an old figure, but so movie accurate and well adjusted in proportion (no comparison with the 7" version), and it comes with a beautiful base...

@@LIL2XTREME this is just the assassin predator without his built-in armour which he is normally the yellow color and the assassin predator with is built-in armour whish is blue color
The other upgrade predator figure is garbage the color is not accurate 🤮🤮 this one is a beautiful piece of art👌👌😙

fun fact, the DC mutlitverse figure stands work great for NECA figures. I think they actually work better than the NECA display stands!

I picked this one up last week at Walmart.I also have the blueish grey one along with all the predator figures from the predator movie.also have all the predators from the rest of all of the other predator movies.neca makes awesome predator figures
The shoulder sculpts are actually flaps the you can lift up to make his arms go up more.
I'd rather not check out his channel thanks

I have it and let me tell you it's a loveable figure better than normal size figures. Theres small things i dont like like necas joints but if your careful and you go display it outside near the desert sand it looks badass. Believe mee.

Ok so I have the 2018 blue version. I love him. One of the Neca Predators in my collection that I will not get rid of. But it came with a black stand that holds him up. This one does not come with that stand? If not that's wack! Why on earth would they not include that stand with this one as well!?
if you having a hard time lifting up the arms lift up the shoulder pads and it will come up easily and if they get a teeny bit stiff just warm them up and you'll be fine

I personally loved the movie. I am aware it is silly and the writing is pretty cheesy at times, but sometimes that's what I'm looking for in a movie. Especially with the Predator films I never want to see the same movie over again, that's why I respect the series so much. I find the only Predator film that slightly retreaded ground was AVPR. The Predator (2018) while a very flawed film is one I really enjoyed, and I especially love the predator designs (and figures) that came from the film. I'm a bit sad I couldn't get my hands on the original assassin Neca figure, but this one looks even better, so I'm happy Neca gave us a second chance on this guy. Loved the review, keep up the great work!

Like in any society scientists manipulate for gain this movie showed from the story that these predators wanted to enhance themselves to become stronger basically that's what the movie was about but the premise of the predator which comes and huntsman giving us a suit to fight these super predators seems kind of uncompromising because now they're going to help us beat their other race of predators so I think it took the whole feeling of dread away because you're basically going to fight a war with a superior predator and The fugitive predator gave us armor to fight them so unless there was a sequel we were going to go to their world to fight them it kind of was not making sense but it's still cool

When I got this predator I named him cookie by his color
the entire section where you were talking about the neck peg I was constantly like "that's what she said".

The movie was a train wreck, but at least the predators weren't. I can't wait to get this.
The Predator was a garbage movie but the figures that came out of it are kino.
