I’m the same way with my FL5 build. All my past cars were built to get the most out of power. With my FL5, I’m doing an inspired JDM build. Never done one yet, and I’m excited to see how this one comes out. Just picked wedssport TC105x with Bridgestone potenzas.
Love the quality of your build man, love that mindset instead of just throwing parts at it.

I took out my PLR rear motor mount out because of the vibration . Had it on for a few months.
I did consider PRL too but it was only offered in one stiffness level. That's why I opted for Hasport.
lol @ 5:34 the cough, the pause. Also was your traction on?
Now that you mentioned it I didn't turn off the traction control. Also I should have did a pull with Race 2 map. It is supposed to have little to no traction control.
I got 5.9 on my 3rd try . Keep practicing fwd are hard to launch off the line.

Thanks for the info! I was leaning more towards catted because of the smell. I believe PRL has catless dp it's just not listed on their website. You would have to call them directly to purchase one.

What about launching it with Hondata traction control? Would that improve 0 to 60?

Yes you will have to remove and send it in to hondata or if you live in an area that has hondata jailbreak days. You can just drive your car there and they can do it on the spot.
Or....you can keep looking at the hondata ECU unlocking events. They travel around to different major cities n unlocks peoples ECU.

There's a couple of tuners you can send it to drive to..I believe phearable is one and imw in PA and there's one I think Quebec Canada..
What is the size of the hose that you used for draining the antifreeze from the petcock
The tube I used for the drainage is 7/16

Yeah I have heard Spoon puts there name on a lot of products from other manufacturers and charge a higher premium.
@@phothrottle there's a couple of places in the states that sell the sprint branded one, I don't think they have a distributor in Canada
