In the video, not all host id's are populated for some reason. I want to filter all hosts with many (50+) listings in area. How can I do that if airbnb does not always return all host id's?
Great video! Thanks for making this. Is there any way to see the number of days booked for reservations that have already been completed? I'm trying to do some market research to see what kind of occupancy rate I could expect for a possible investment opportunity.
Great product, I think you should consider adjusting your prices to reach more customers though. I remember the standard was 50 dollars, and was gonna purchase it until I saw that you made it 90.
Thanks! We've kept the price the same for over 2 years, but advertising costs have recently skyrocketed, so we unfortunately don't have much of a choice now.
