But brother there was a study in 2014. In which 10 person were told to do FASTED CARDIO(empty stomach) and another 10 to FED CARDIO(fill stomach) with same nutrition and workout. The fat loss done was same among all 20 people. If we burn more fat in cardio as done in fasted cardio doesn’t mean that we more more fat overall. In case of fasted cardio we only burn more fat while doing cardio but our fatloss process then during the whole day become slow as compared to FED cardio . So i think we should focus on only a proper workout and diet (obviously calore deficit) to burn fat.
