- Living in Mexico is amazing and today we will do a "cook and chat" (storytime} while sharing the story of how we met:-). For those of you who are new to our channel, welcome to our YT family! We have our residency in Mexico and have been living in the beautiful country of Mexico for almost two years. We started out by moving to Mexico in 2021 and lived in the city of Queretaro for a year. We relocated to Oaxaca City (which did not work for us ~ be sure to check out our Oaxaca videos to see why) and considered Mazatlan, Sinaloa as a home base (be sure to check out our Mazatlan video series). We decided to make beautiful Aguascalientes, Mexico our home after some Mexico travel. We will be showing you around this lovely city, as well as inviting you into our day-to-day lives, "living in Mexico".
You will find a diverse library of videos in our library ranging from informative content (how to obtain your residency in Mexico/ How to renew your residency in Mexico, apartment tours, cost of living in Mexico, and neighborhood tours}. We also have a number of Mexico travel vlogs, as well as how to travel with pets (Traveling with pets in Mexico, vet costs), and MUCH MORE...

Hey Liz! How nice..😁 Shout out to all my beautiful Trini people. I miss my good friend's mom (who was like another mom to me) SO much...she developed the love in my heart for Trini cooking when I was about 12 years old (and took me to some great clubs back in the day ~ Soca Paradise in Jamaica queens, NY 😉 always a good time). She cooked SO GOOD. To this day, I wish I could find Ms.Betty Ganpat so she could show me how she made her coconut bake (and roti)....there has been NO other that I can find that comes close. You know what Ms. Baez, in the first year or so of our relationship, I made my husband a book for his birthday that had pictures of us, family, memories of special moments etc..and that is the scripture I put on the last page of the book. ❤
