Equipment Qs if possible: Are you wearing the 'Chevalier Adventure Primaloft Mitten' mittens ? If so - are they feel comfortable and warm enough ? (I understand they are not waterproof - did you have issue with that) Also, what rain/wind coat brand you wearing ?
The mittens are a photogrpahy specific ones, they come with a liner as well. So far in my 5 years in Lapland, there's no glove that really works. You've just gotta keep your hands moving and warm. Jacket is a local Finnish brand called Everest.

I don't know inari that well sadly. Very true, so much more to offer than NL. Beautiful landscapes everywhere here. My guess is there would be an info spot where you're heading, the locals will know the spots to go for a good hike. Sorry, I can't be more helpful. Hope you have a great trip!
