Also, if you have a young skin like say you’re in your 20s you’re not going to see a big huge difference. You might see a minor change, but it’s going to be the long-term use of this device which I don’t have this device. I can’t afford it. But I do know about facial muscles. As long as you’re doing it the right way it will give you good long-term lasting results and I would recommend using an RF device with this & red light with red light serum.
      Obviously ask your doctor first.

    • @Bright.Vibezzz
      @Bright.Vibezzz 13 วันที่ผ่านมา

@@Carcassbits11 recommended use is at least five days a week and a lot of people concentrate on one part of the face at a time. If you have time then do the whole face. Also learn where your face muscles are so you can do this properly. It makes a big difference.

Also, if you’re not using a water-based here, I’m with this you’re not gonna see any results! That’s the big key and using these tools if you have to use the proper serum, which says. You’re not using any serum you’re not going to see any results. It doesn’t work without it.

Ok. So, I heard that as we age the muscles really do sag. They don't support the overlying fat pads and the skin joins them both for the ride. Retin-A only tackles skin. It does not address sag, deep lines and nasolabial folds (which you don't have). That's the truth.
Changes to the bone, muscle, fat pads and skin *all* coalesce to result in the overall aged look.

I am very happy with my "Illumia Skin" LED light therapy mask which I bought online from Aldi Australia, about a year ago. (I am not affilliated with Aldi at all). It has 11 settings and 8 light modes (including infrared & blue). I couldn't justify buying one of the very pricey ones. Mine was AU$249 well spent. They are currently sold out online, but their customer support may be able to tell you when they will be available again. I hope they are before Xmas because I want to send one to my sister in London as it has been effective for my skin needs.

It saves time and I am not tempted to put on too much make-up because my skin doesn't have to calm down first. (I shower my body after breakfast). It it too hard to tell how much it helps with anti-aging because that's a gradual thing, and I also use retinol, sunscreen etc. However, because the mask is so relaxing it makes me fall asleep so quickly that it a good thing for skin health.😴 i use it on my neck and chest too. The other unexpected benefit was that it seemed to quickly heal inside my mouth when I developed a sensitivity to my regular toothpaste.

I don’t think the red light have the power to do much but it is better that doing nothing. It is an additional attachment and usually one have to buy it because it doesn’t come included.

Yes but doesn’t come with the red light attachment, you could find cheaper hand held red light devices compared to buying this & the attachment

I have the NuFace and NuBody, and they both work great. Instead of buying the red led light attachment, I recommend getting a red led bulb and sitting under the light with your eyes closed for 15-20 minutes. Much cheaper and your entire face and neck gets exposed to the light.

Dr. Dray, what I don’t get is this: don’t people get Botox to their masseter (to get atrophy) to slim and get v shape jaw? And then people use this to “sculpt” their jaw to get v shape when it supposedly reverses atrophy. Facepalm.

I agree. Used it once. Didn’t like the zapping sensation. No scientific data.

Just as a helpful tip, if there is a zapping sensation it means not enough gel was applied. When enough gel is applied there will literally feel nothing.

I got one for Christmas. It's already not working properly. The nuface will be fully charged and will not turn on. I have to plug it in for a couple of minutes then it will turn on. No do not purchase. Thanks

You are too young Dr. Dray! It takes a slight loss of muscle for there to be an improvement. I'm not saying that these devices are effective or not, but it takes someone who needs one to try it to see if it works! :) Ah ah! I like the look in your face when your not happy with the result (a face that says sometings like "stop filling us with your nonsense")

According to my opinion, Dr.Gray is too young to see any improvement of the contour of her face. She has very nice, toned a beautiful face. There is really nothing to "lift". I know many women which are 45 more, using the device and we see improvement of the contour of the face. Is it true, that I don't see direct impact on the wrinkles. But definitely I feel and I can see that my face muscles are toned and my face looks more fresh and youth looking.

I used to use it in my early twenties to get a more defined face and more lifted brows it works, I think it’s more connected to facial volume and there actually being tissue and fat to lift up if u have volume loss I don’t think it’s gonna do much

you need to bring this same level of skepticism to the founder and ceo of the brand, who demonstrates herself using it for promotion, alleging it worked for her. No one is questioning that she is "too young" or "has nothing to lift" to see the results she claims.

What haha 😄 face age Related has nothing to do muscle in you face 😂 where did she get her degree youtube chiropractor haha why did she buy one and continue to use it? And admitted it works, but temporarily 😄 we'll yea, of course you have to combo it with face exercise aka face yoga and oils and creams to hydrate the skin
