YES to meditation!!! I know it seems pointless at first, but it really helps in the long run. I'm one to usually be overwhelmed by menial tasks, but a 5 minute meditation really works wonders! I know you're running on all cylinders and working so hard, please be kind to yourself Abby! You're kicking ass!

honestly yes just because i have heard about it all throughout college but there are soooo many variables at play - it won’t be like this forever and even week to week. it depends on a lot of stuff and it isn’t this way for everyone at all
Loved the vlog this week!! I love going to Brass to study and get some work done away from home. In terms of cleaning the apartment, I would suggest breaking up your chores throughout the week (a couple of chores every other day). For an example, I usually vacuum/sweep on Wednesdays, laundry (clothes) on Thursdays, Bathroom on Saturdays, Laundry (Sheets) on Sundays, etc..... Of course this is what best works for me, and in no way am I saying you must do it this way. You can definantly schedule your chores however you want. I hope this suggestion helps!
that’s def such good advice - i have this weird thing where i feel like i have to clean EVERYTHING on one day because cleaning the counters one day and cleaning the floors later makes me feel like i have to reclean the counters before i do the floors 😂 i need to stop thinking like thatt though

Very random but I actually work for heb curbside and you should be able to call and tell them what items you’d like to remove. At least that’s what customers do at my store. Just thought I’d tell you so you don’t have to keep purchasing items you no longer want 💕💕
