60g - 80g tigernuts
10g pumpkin seeds (egusi) - fried or raw
300ml - 500ml water

@limitlesspg5911, you Pumpik seeds as called Egusi is also correct. There are a few types of Pumpkin seeds, the Yello Egusi is one of them. The Green pumpkin seed is another type of Egusi. In the local Nigerian market, you can ask of Ibo Egusi, the cover is white while the seed is greenish or grayish depending on where it is planted. So, as called it is correct pls. thank you.

I thought I would have problems with finding the bitter kola . I googled it and found Amazon Etsy and EBay all carry it. The tiger nuts I have purchased off Amazon previously. They seem very dry so I’ll soak them first .

Egusi seed ist land watermelon and totally different from the watermelon u know, but are of same family as cucumber. Infact, cucumbers are dwarf watermelon fyi.
