I also take a very quick look at latency between the two softwares and talk about the good and bad.

Great show. I know this has been a while, but I got mine about six months ago. Absolutely love it. I upgraded the buttons to the good stuff. Joystick is great, and I enjoy over 600 games on it with the hylo usb. I get my best Mrs. Pac-Man scores on it.

I was the first to make fun of the MVSX riser when it was first announced because everyone was expecting the announcement of a new licensed cabinet but it is still a nice product because it makes the MVSX pair nicely next to A1ups
Exactly the video I’ve been looking for!! On the fence on getting the MVSX but seeing their bundle with the official riser is making me think seriously on it. What is the overall height with the lower setting you’ve used? Greatly appreciate your content. Subbed 👍

So, quick question. I appreciate the review, wonder if you know or have heard of any of the player two red buttons not working after a few months of work? I modded with new buttons, etc., but came to the conclusion that it’s a board issue. Thoughts?
$100 for a riser? My goodness. Are there any reliable 3rd party riser available for the MVSX?
The riser has been on my mind. I've had the MVSX for over a year and rarely play it (I have all the hacks) and I think it is because of the low height. I just think $99 is so steep. I wish there would be a sale on it.
hylo mod seems to come up short with cps1(2) titles but for most of the neogeo titles seemed acceptable - obv having original mvs/aes systems is ideal but its not practical for your average normie
im 5'8 and gf is 5'2" so no riser for us 😅
