YOU. ARE. AMAZING!!!!!! Ugh, your talent is blinding! That Owl is stunning. I find it so tricky to do very light colours on white paper and you've smashed it. You should display the Owl in a Scandi or neutral interior! It would look so beautiful :)

Stuffy noses, ear infections, coughs.....PLEASE take your holiday and relax and destress and don't overwork before or after to make up for it! You must take care of yourself as well as you take care of us! There's plenty for us to do! We want to be your patrons for a looooong time!

Dear Shannon, as I wrote in the Patreon, you have earned your holiday. There are enough things there that still need to be drawn. Besides, everyone has a holiday! And I think there are very few people who spend their holidays at the computer to draw (unless it's really bad weather!). So just enjoy your holiday and we're all looking forward to new projects in September. All the best to your cousins.^^
Personally, I would love to try drawings with pastel pencils on Pastelmat paper. But I am only one among many! Have a great week!

I'm the same with pastels, love them but so so messy, and generally go back to pencils or watercolour xxx You are such a talent!
I always see other artists' pastel work and it makes me want to use them more, but I'm always drawn back to coloured pencils. Thank you so much ❤️
Be sure to look after your gut flora after the antibiotics. I make my own sauerkraut and have some daily. Would recommend it for sure. I'm sure you would enjoy it with some of your dishes but it has to be non pastuerised hence why i make my own. May need antibiotics myself as got an eye infection that i cannot seem to get rid of even with stuff from the chemist...well it goes away but then come back a couple weeks later. Been a good 8-9 months now lol...I hate going to the doctors though....
I always seem to get side effects from antibiotics, thank you so much for the tip. An eye infection must be so painful and uncomfortable, I hope you're able to get it sorted soon 8-9 weeks is a long time!
@@shannonmullin Months that is lol..it isn't actually painful..just a little annoying at times and redness...I tend to put up with things a bit too much.
Hi Shannon, apologies for the long message, l am only just starting on my art journey and came across your channel so started watching your videos from the beginning, then this one popped up. To start off with your art work is stunning, l love animal drawings, l have bought a few in the past from Nolan Stacey at Art in the Pen, which l will be visiting once again this Sunday. I will be ordering some of your cards especially the gorgeous little fox one, to add to my small collection of fox cards 🙂. Your videos are very calming to listen to while l am drawing myself. I have been drawing for a while now and friends and family would say you should be selling those drawings (not animals) more of a Mandala, tribal sort of drawings but different. So l decided to visit a few art tutors and tattooists for a more critical review and the feedback was positive and good. I have no social media presence, l have never used facebook or twitter as an account so literally starting from scratch, l have just started the process of having my drawings digitised, the first 14 done. I have a conssession in a shop starting on the 1st of October, my designs will be on bags, mugs, coasters etc as well as framed prints and prints, and some originals. I know you have probably mentioned this or been asked before in one of your videos but l haven't gotten to it yet but just wandering if you mind me asking where you purchase all your packaging from it looks good quality and l will be needing to order soon, l really like to see things before buying but it all just seems to be ordering online, hope you don't mind me asking.

Aw thank you so much I really appreciate the support! Congratulations on making such a big first step with your art, that's wonderful and something a lot of artists dream of doing! I find a lot of my packaging on Ebay, Amazon, Etsy and websites such as tiny box company and transpack. I tend to shop around a lot until I find something that's good value and fits the purpose 😊

Yes Art in the Pen is in Skipton, we have been quite a few times now, had a lovely day there on Sunday and l think you would do well there. I think your art would look great on mugs too 😊 just a thought 😊

I do this full time with a little bit of freelance work on the side! ☺️
