  • FREE Printable Template: danicatheartist.com/project-gr... Finding healthy, meaningful ways to remember a lost loved one is a great way to channel feelings and thoughts of grief. Sometimes though, remembering a lost loved one can become all-consuming, putting the lost person on a pedestal and essentially idolizing their memory.
We'll talk a little bit about the difference: what's healthy, and when we've gone too far, and then we'll create a beautiful memory box to store mementos and thoughts in.

Terrific discussion about the differences between healthy grief (memorializing) and getting stuck in it (idolizing).
side note...."goo gone" is awesome for getting sticker off surfaces ;)

I’m so glad it was helpful! I’ve needed that discussion myself. And hey that’s a good recommendation. 😅
