I feel the right questions may be the way to get clarity and here I’ve mentioned some of them that I feel have been mentioned:
1. Is it connecting with your basic nature or not?
2. Will you be able to sustain it?
Other ways of clarity:
Let go of what doesn’t work out for you. Keep trying.
Go till the end and know everything about the thing till you give your final decision on it.
Do one thing and do it the best. Then venture into other things.
And all this needs you to be truthful to yourself and others. Brutally honest.
This session was 1 of the top sessions. Sandeep sir themself is an extraordinary example of Clarity. Day by day, the clarity seems to b increased several times coz of dat 'Pragmatism/Rationalism'. And that's why this brainstorming series will always be my favourite. (As it really made a huge sense..!!) ..And also there's always some logic (in most of videos) which never fails to guide. Important Learnings:
0:00 - 0:38 = Intro
2:00 - 4:42 = From where decision comes? Role of intuition in decision making? Once you have information / awareness about various options then you should be able to make decision naturally.
4:42 - 6:05 = (very very good) Identifying your basic/intrinsic nature/ passion is the first step for career decision making.
6:05 - 10:40 = (the deepest part) you are not what you want to be. You are not what you imagine yourself, you are what you actually are.
10:40 -13:35 = (very very good) Can we change our basic nature? If yes, then under what circumstances (answer is Crisis. Crisis will force one to change)
14:30 - 15:44 = (very very good) what's more important is to identify what not to do (elimination strategy)
15:44 - 17:31 = (best part) it's actually very easy to understand your core nature / personality. One needs to do is look honestly at himself.
17:31 - 19:25 = (good part) keep on trying multiple things until you discover what you are looking for.
19:25 - 22:06 (good part) Sandeep tried multiple things to clearly understand full picture of various things, which naturally led him to what he really love and what he didn't.
