It's maddening when people leave garbage behind at a campsite and worse to leave the campfire going! Loved your campsite and the sounds of thunder and rain. That shrimp stir fry looked delicious! Hello from very windy and wet Washington State on the eastern side.

One of my best camping in the rain tricks many years ago was single-serve bag of Matchlight Charcoal. Just place the bag in your grill and light a corner and wait for the coals to be ready. I'd put one of those under the wet wood and pile on a ton more wood to keep the rain off the charcoal. Wait about an hour or a little more, out of the rain, then next thing you know, POOF, bon fire. The charcoal dries the wet wood and then ignites it.
I always take charcoal if I'm car camping. Don't want to wait 3 hours to get a decent bed of coals if I don't have to.

I have the same winnerwell stove. I put a heat gasket around the door, and made a huge difference in heat control and air flow. Great watch very best 🍻

Bro, your ASMR video is still an Outdoor Gear Review... Didn't know you had this channel, somehow. Your other channel has saved me a lot of cash! So I just subscribed here! This is actually one of my favorite types of videos to watch. Helps me to calm down when I can't be out there! And, love the territory: easy tent peg, easy peg, easy peg, granite... Smiling, I am! Camped in similar places a decent bit in the Virginias. Carry on, you must. AND WAIT! Was that a Stanley cup I saw? When you make gazillionaire, I recommend Smaland Terrir=tory, Sweden. You'll be amazed at the similarities and differences! And, I've always had the best sleeps in tents or tarps, or open air without a floor! a ground sheet, sure. ???
Hey Luke here is a top tip: if you get all your logs together and tie a string around them so they form a circle. Then you can chop them and split them with way less hassle.

Hi Luke. Is always enjoyable watching your videos. I love when you go hiking in the mountains, but for me, listening to the howling of wolves, scares the daylights out of me... When I see your truck near your camping area, i know that you are a bit safer in case of an emergency. It is sad to see that some people don't pick up their garbage after camping, without thinking how dangerous it is for the animals and the environment per say. Thank you for another amazing video.
