Good question. Those are our pretinned tips. We put the braze alloy on the carbide tips. Most folks think pretinned tips make the process handier, faster and cheaper.
What about metal cutting blades. I have a drawer full of 14" 90 tooth metal cutting blades that each one is just missing 1- 3 teeth but they alternate and are fairly small. Is that still something that carbide can be found for.
I buy my tips from you guys, I have a 24" dia x 4" thick piece of solid still for the welding table. Lately I've noticed my blades are not sitting perfect,
Flat, could the table be wavy due to the heat it gets while brazing my tips. I noticed your table being at least 6-8" thick. What do you think is going on. Thanks Pete
I have heard of left handed brazing and this may be the same thing. However I have never seen it. If you do a video on your idea I would very much appreciate being informed. Sincerely, Tom
I have some information for you but it is too big for here. I added my email address to the video. Email me and I will send it to you. I will put up some videos Monday.

The tips are pretinned. The braze alloy has been added before brazing. This makes the brazing easier and much more certain.
im glad you did this vid but if your doing biz why not let folk know how to buy your stuff?
