You did a nice job of explaining the procedure. Myself, I would have replaced the nvme drive with a bigger and faster one by cloning the current disk. It is a bit more involved and probably a bit more expensive, but worth it. One thing that needs to be done is to transfer some of your files off the nvme drive. If it is at or near 80% full, it slows the drive down and shorten its lifespan.

I also wanted to provide a procedure that the everyday computer user could follow and reimaging a drive and moving data over makes things a lot more complicated (if replacing the NVMe drive). I will also look to move some items off the NVMe drive. Thanks for watching!
