The best Garmin strap is a nylon strap WITHOUT quick fit hardware….unlimited adjustments, lighter than stock and very secure. I have 26 bands, literally tried them all.

Just got a Fenix 7x pro sapphire solar and bought a Notocity band. Immediately returned it because it had jagged edges in the silicone holes and around the edges. Ended up returning those and buying Garmin official silicone bands and the quality was so much better!
Hey there! Great to see you coming up with some new stuff for the Garmin market! I am basically in your camp: have the Apple watch Ultra rip-off band as a daily, a leather band for dressing up and a Nato/Nylon one for when I feel like the day might go south.
The one specialty I really would like to combine my Garmin Epix Pro 51 with is a carbon band. They are light, sturdy and the perfect mix between classy and commando, so I would end up only with 2 instead of 3 bands.

I like the standard silicone strap that came with my epix gen 2. I wear it running/hiking/sleeping and have no issues with it getting wet. Also, it breaks in nicely

In your experiece how do the NotoCity straps hold their lacquering on the metal clasp part?
I've bought a couple strap replacements before, but the metal parts are always painted and the paint easily scratches off.
I've found a leather band on Etsy that looks pretty cool. I did just order several from Amazon ranging from nylon to leather. I'd really like a metal band but all the Amazon offerings have bad reviews so I might actually get the Garmin in that case. I drive a lot at night so having anything glowing in front of my face wouldn't be great. I do like the idea of a glowing band for running or cycling at night. The better everyone else sees you the safer you are.

Man.. material wise is nice. Though Mike came with discolouration near the metal quick fitting portion of the straps. It's like, that whole area around it is 2 shades darker than the rest. Kinda sad about it ):

To be honest, the standard strap that comes with my epix 2 sapphire is the best, very confortable, flexible, there are some nicer color variants on various sites but i truly dont believe they are as confortable/flexible/secure as the original one that came with my watch

I looked for 3th party bands. But i find they dont have a perfect fit on my venu 2. Looks garmin uses a 0,5mm wider pin...
Since coming up with our own. It was more difficult building a mold for Quick Release connectors vs the QuickFit. I know that frustration about the wider pin.

Yes it's 51mm (I know it's to big for my wrist) 51mm was on sale. Thanks we tried really hard to get a nice off white color that can glow in the dark.
I don’t think it’s too big at all for your wrist. My wrists are smaller and I got a 51 mm for the same reason. Great vid!!!

I buy all watchbands at Amazon. At garmin they are ridiculously expensive.

@@Aesthetic_Al i just realized you are selling these. They look great. The thing is, I'm european. Either you order things from within the european union or the taxes payed are stupidly high. Even from the uk , it's not worth it anymore, unfortunately. Wish you the best of luck!!!

I really havent had any major issues with that. I "try" and wash mine once a week. The Nylon bands will honestly last me about 8 months to a year and I would replace them. Mainly because the velcro becomes worn out. For the price tho I so recommend them.
