I have 217 amiibo figures and 474 amiibo cards. They're so much fun to collect. I hope to one day have a truly complete collection 🤞 The most obscure amiibo I own are probably the Yu-Gi-Oh amiibo cards.
I have every figure and at least one of every single card series. But if you're trying to collect every single amigo card, then I commend you because some of the cards are expensive like k. K slider special and one of the pro baseball cards is like $800.

Wow! It didn't quite sink in how many amiibo they have released over the years. I remember watching the first announcement back when I was a kid and it was brand new 😂
I missed out on QUITE a few amiibo because I didn't have a Walmart or Toys R Us anywhere near me, but I have just about all the others that weren't exclusive, or if the exclusives were actually near my house. My rarest amiibo is probably the Splatoon Inkling 3-pack reprint, the Octoling 3-pack, the Champions amiibo, and Gold Mario.
My first amiibo was Mario from Smash with the flame hand, before I realized how many there were. When the Switch came out I got all of the Breath of the Wild amiibo and the floodgates opened up. Now I have 37 of the Smash series, 11 of the red base Mario series, the Pikmin one, 3 of the Kirby series ones, 9 Splatoon ones, 5 Animal Crossing ones, both Metroid sets (4 figures), 19 Legend of Zelda series (not counting the Smash ones)... and Shovel Knight. I'm still missing the Link and Zelda from Wind Waker and Link from Skyward Sword, but there aren't that many more that I really want at this point. I'm happy with the ones I have and I don't like paying inflated prices for older ones.
The absolutely disrespectful way Krysta opened that Zelda amiibo box, haha. Also, the way you guys glossed over Wolf made me die a little inside, he's my faaave! 😭
My amiibo memory is doing the overnight line at Best Buy and Target for some of the figurines. Gold Mario, Shulk, and a few others that we thought would be very rare.

I'm moving soon, and when I was boxing up my amiibo, one shelf after another, I realized...I have many more than I thought. I'm certainly not complaining. My collection isn't quite as big as yours, and there have been some I passed on for lack of interest in the characters or games, but it's sort of eye-opening to how quickly yet subtly a collection can grow. Oh, and I have the Animal Crossing amiibo. I didn't necessarily care about any game functionality, but I like Animal Crossing, and wanted the figures for my collection.
Can't believe this fall is going to be the 10th anniversary of amiibo. Other than skylanders this was the other toys to life figures I would buy. My collection is mostly Smash and Zelda. Along with two splatoon and one super Mario.

What a time it was to collect Amiibos! I still have my Gold Mario amiibo. I may not have 200 Amiibos, it's likely I have like 30% of that. It's plenty enough for me to work with since they cost more know. Kit at 1:26 and 16:10 😂

I have so much fun collecting them and it was really cool to see your collection too!
Amiibos were just severely underutilized during the WiiU era, they could have been used in all first party Nintendo games to unlock additional content but weren’t because of the low availability. There are still a couple amiibos I’d like to have for my collection such as Boo, Twilight Princess Link, and Pyra/Mythra. Here are my top 3 favorite amiibos from my collection, 1. Metroid/Samus bundle 2. Banjo Kazooie 3. Cloud (Advent Children)

Love your collection! I've been collecting amiibo since they came out. I'm missing 3, and have 225 (unless I have miscounted). I am only missing some because I always pre-ordered so I wouldn't miss out, but then they would go on sale later or be reprinted. I'm missing Detective Pikachu, Smash Bros. Inkling, Cereal Box and the squishy Metroid. Just recently found the crouching Samus one for a reasonable price. I think my rarest ones would be Qbby, the Megaman Rockman one and the gold & silver Marios.
I still have PTSD from the wave 3-4 Amiibo, getting some of those was so hard and burned me out quick once Smash was done. I slowed down to a crawl with collecting after Smash 4 was over and just pick up some here and there nowadays which is a much better way to go about it imo!

I like amiibos and the concept behind them, just think they are a bit too expensive to justify a collection- when you already buying all the games, but cool collection.
I used to have so many amiibo, I won the Mario Series Amiibo and a copy of WiiU Mario Party 10 in a giveaway, the BOTW amiibo because I was OBSESSED with the game and a ton of Smash Bros Amiibo. When I moved I placed them in my garage and some one broke in and stole ALL of them UnU I was honestly devastated..
8 year's ago was very fun on the Wii U and amiibo. My shelf is full of them. Mega Yoshi stands out, and that was a very fun game. In Super Mario Maker you could scan them in and play as the 8 bit version. I got my mom some of the Animal Crossing ones and even the game that had the two figures, she really found them to be cute. The two Wind Waker ones came in the same package. Then they had the three packs, one had ROB, Game and Watch and Duckhunt. My last one that I got was Zelda and Loft Wing which is cool, but I don't think I saw it in the video. Fun times with amiibo and the Wii U.

Back when Smash 4 was out (prior to Ultimate) I had all the Smash amiibo through the DLC characters, the Splatoon set, and small yarn Yoshis. I ended up selling them all on eBay 😂

I have every amiibo figure publicly released, a few customs based on Smash Bros. like Sans, Cuphead, Vault Boy and I even made some Mario Cereal amiibo figures for friends and myself, I also have the Yarn Yoshi amiibo plushies and I have Gold and Silver Mario in box along with keeping the Loot Goblin amiibo figure’s box! Someday, I’ll go after the cards.
I was a teenager when Amiibo were released, so I only got Mario, Link, Kirby and Fox that Christmas. But over the years I've been getting a couple from each series, very recently I bought many haha. Very happy with my current collection! My favorite is a Lucas amiibo still in its box, it was the last one in the store and I just had to buy it because I love Mother 3 so much 🩵
