My horse was free and I love him so much
My current horse that Im training was 305$ Hes a wild horse but my paint was free and were some of my other horses

My coach has the magnetic bands and they work AMAZING. Her barrel horse Allie used to be lame all the time and now that she has the bands, she hasn’t been lame in 3 months

i have that hack pls be aware it works off chin not direct pressure so it works best off hooded who neck rein:) So if owen knows how to neck rein he would be fine but if not you might want to consider other hacks or teaching him to neck rein;)
Omg you should get a herm sprenger bit if you don’t have one already!
Mark Harnacke has an amazing video about bit fitting/choosing the right bit for your horse(eggbutt or loose o ring to go higher levels in dressage, no d / hunter d ring) the kk Herm sprenger bit will make your dressage riding so much easier and prettier! Please try it, your life will be changed for the best!! Like seriously life changing!!!
Legit changed my life getting this bit went from 50 on dressage test to 67!! Less than a month difference

I know Owens head is super strong and is constantly changing as you have stated because. I know of a flower hackamore that has holes on the shank so you can adjust the amount of pressure applied. It may work well with his changing head strength:)

The equistrings are so good! (The magnetic 360° bands) One horse I look after has nevicular (don't know how to spell it) and wears the bands all the time except riding and he was in pain so much but now he is galloping in the field and is not in much pain as before (very very little)! Hope you have a nice 2020!

I would rather to see a happy bit mouth, hackamores put more pressure than bits specially those with long shink. If you want to ride bitless I reccomend using Bitless bridles like Dr Cook’s. Btw love you Claire! You and Owen are amazing!
Aishiran this is true and I’m not hating. I completely agree but sometimes horses don’t mind certain bits and sometimes you have to use the other bits until the horse will be safer and easier to ride in the more gentle bits 🐴❤️

I have one of the long shank macklemore things because one of my horses won't let me put a bit in her mouth but she does just fine with out a bit in her mouth.

I have the equastreme bands for my horse there so great u can also put them on ur self. U can put them on ur rm or ur leg and if u want u can only use one on ur self but on horse u need both. The bands can either be put side by side on there legs on diagonally one on the front one on the back opusit (idk how to spell opisit I'm sry) leg.
