i was thinking about how her audience probably grew with her whilst she was vlogging her life, and now because she's so famous and rich, her life is just completely new to her audience. It wouldn't feel like you're speaking to an old friend from school, it now feels like you're disconnected and might just wanna text them every now and then to make sure they're okay
@@tahliaisnotcoolif it’s a window thats giving you the lighting you could probably add thin colored fabric/ curtains to change the light color to like blue, orange, green. Instead of getting led lights
I feel the problem with people like her is that they get an audience from being "hey, i'm like you just a normal person" into "hey, i'm like you just a normal person...who has a bunch of products and going to all these fancy things" it's just the being on youtube to being in real life since i personally have different lives/personalities being online and in person and not really liking when they mix also i realised that i've usually got no real emotions towards the people you talk about (apart from usually being sick of seeing them everywhere) is because i never watched them so i've got no nostalgia towards them since i basically just watched people play video games
it’s weird how humans will act differently when they’re behind of/in front of a screen, right??! reminds me of road rage drivers who can be the sweetest, most patient people in everyday life lol. and it’s crazy to me that you’ve stuck around to watch these commentary videos when you don’t even really have any connection to the subjects of the videos!! appreciate you 🥹🥹
I was saying less for road rage and more for personally online i'm high energy and jokey but irl i'm chill and try not to let the worlds collide, plus the reason i'm sticking around is because you seem like a nice person and your vids are chill and good to have while eating or playing videogames mainly due to the lack of high energy fast editing style like you said you used to do
First thing: I’m so glad you’re starting to gain traction bc I always love your takes 👏 Second: it’s SO nuts bc you’re like “some people don’t even know who she is they just know of her” ME DUDE. I honestly had no clue who she was when the Juul Cody Ko thing happened - but I knew I’d seen her here and there. This title hooked me & I had to come find out who tf she was & honesttttly Her current career is every person’s dream. She’s goals.
I am exactly that person who doesn’t know who ember chamberlain but has also never seen that woman in my entire life. All I knew about her previous to this is that she has a controversy about selling scrunchies. I do know who the wiggles are though! I love them!
hahahaha yes omg the scrunchie scandal!! what a time. the wiggles are an absolute godsend to society lol, glad to see your priorities are in the right place
I haven’t heard anything about her that would apply otherwise!! she seems to get along with everyone she meets like a house on fire so her red carpet interviews are super cool to watch
I don’t know her but I do know her exactly like you mentioned. Nice to learn more about how she’s doing now even tho I have now idea what she used to do🤷♂️ lol

yes!! the vibe is definitely like checking an old friends story on Instagram or whatever and thinking ‘man, good to see them doing so well’
0:01 The lighting is actually really aesthetic and nice. I dig it
I’m so glad to hear that, thank you!! I guess I could get away with being lazy a bit more often hahahaha

i hate rich people that don’t act like they’re rich… i’m here to ogle at your wastefulness and useless trinkets, not relate to you

I feel like Bethany Mota is an example of a youtuber who got burnout and then forgotten
ahhhh perfect example!! thanks for finishing my script for me 😜😜
Also Michelle Phan (and a lot of early 2010s beauty or fashion TH-camrs in general, like Alisha Marie, MyLifeAsEva, Teala Dunn, CloeCouture, etc)
yeah i agree - intellectualism/scholarship has value but it's not the Only valuable education/life path that you can take
for sure! a balance is always good to have, but it’s only natural for certain people to gravitate towards certain things 🤷🏻♀️

Yeah, I heard the name before. And I've seen the face. Is she a nice person?
I haven’t heard anything about her that would apply otherwise!! she seems to get along with everyone she meets like a house on fire so her red carpet interviews are super cool to watch
