Fighting Nightmare Echo of Varshan in season of construct

First time meeting Nightmare Echo of Varshan in season of construct!
I still use the HoTA Charge build from my leveling series and from maxroll.gg. It's working well so far, but I suspect I'll have to switch when I get closer to WorldTier IV.
