Very good video Cris! What do you think about St. Thomas the railway city. I heard that these place has Amazon wherehouse and Volkswagen’s new electric vehicle battery plant.
Do you know how much the average house costs in St. Thomas?

The average price in st Thomas is sitting around 550k right now. London it’s closer to 600k. So it’s a bit cheaper on average. You’ll find better deals there. I like st Thomas - same with komoka and Dorchester… any small town just outside of the city is a great place to live !
