I drive 50 hours a week as a taxi driver.
I make about 600 pound a week before expense.
Net 300 pound a week.
Petrol 70 pound a week.
Insurance 70 pound week.
Taxi rent 150 a week.
Car wash 10 pound.
Its impossible to make 1400 a week.
I put fuel of £30 /day and u put £70 for a week….!
Obviously I don’t drink fuel the car consumes it coz I drive a lot if you also drive more you can also increase your income
Important question is what should be the shift pattern.
Taxi is independent work, so you are your own boss. Do whatever suits you. But some days of the week pay you more money than other days.

I drive a school bus work 4 hours a and get paid for 8 hours , $36 an hour in New York City plus medical benefits ,sick days and pension , that’s why I don’t drive Uber ,
