This is a documentary about the characters and culture found at the Capital City BMX Track and Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a peak into the lives of three individuals who race at the track and volunteer to keep it open for the community. At CCBMX you will find some of the most dedicated and kind individuals. Their passion for the sport and community is inspirational.

Hey I just wanna say this was an awesome documentary and I grew up racing there from the late 80s and Into the 90s, my mom was track vise president treasurer she ran the concession stand and was always video taping all the races, seeing this and you guys working on the track and practicing brought back so many memories. Thank you all!
