    I had 3 identical boxes to wrap, each about 5cm × 2cm × 1cm. I had wrapping paper with squares on it for straight cutting (even though I managed to mess that up, too). I did one the "traditional way" and got puffy corners, as usual. Then I remembered your other video on Japanese speed wrapping. I watched it again and saw a suggestion for this video. My first try didn't stay by itself, so I had to use tape to secure the two inner flaps. My second try was a success! You CAN teach an old software engineer new tricks with real stuff. 😊

    • @BeatTheBush
      @BeatTheBush  8 ปีที่แล้ว +26

      Huh, that's a pretty small box to attempt this so I can see why it'll take extra effort. Sorta like wrapping small origami. No tape is nice in that the wrapper can be recycled or reused. Happy Holidays!

    Thank you so much for tutorial. I used this method for the first time, and I can humbly say that I got to push the wrapping paper through the hole. It didn't look so neat like how he did it. :) But for a first time, I am glad for the outcome. Highly recommend this tutorial

    Life saver as I realize I have no tape. I have a feeling it's going to take me a couple of tries though

      Alyssa Bennett Yeah, the tucking-in part looks a bit tricky.
