I’m so glad she is a agent and advocate for positive. We need more positive ppl to become famous. We have given too much of our views and attention to negativity. It’s time to Impower ppl with positivity. I also have gone on the same journey as Erica! I just woke up and decided I wanted change. As I made a conscience decision to be positive and to make a step everyday my life has changed. I’m no longer depressed. My relationship with God has grown. And my joy has gone through the roof. I’m soooo excited about what God is doing and is about to do for His ppl. 🤗 😇🥰

Erica Campbell, what you said has helped me so much. I gained double my regular weight. It started from grief of losing my love ones back to back. 1st my dad, my husband, my uncle, my mom, my brother and sister, all within 7yrs. And being diagnosed with MS. I ate to feel better, but I didn't. I got in a rut and didn't have the will power to get out, but just listening to you and hearing your song Positive, just did something to make me feel it's time to change and get me in order. I say this was tears in my eyes, THANK YOU for waking me up. God bless!

I had lipo in the early 90's Under controlled atmosphere,a doctors office. I was given a local.The nurse would ask did I feel anything ,I nodded "Yes" and was given more medicine I didn't have any problems after the surgery.I did my homework ,the doctor was board certified for the type of doctor he was .I was about 28 years old at the time .I bought my mother with me for support and my daddy was my driver .(In patient /out patient.) I recuperated at home without any medical issues.Was told to call 911 if I was experiencing something, that was not explained in the pre-op phase .So when Erica said she was in a hotel room just bleeding sis should have been rushed to the hospital to make sure everything was good.God was surely with her .
Erica Campbell is one of my favorite Gospel Music Artists! I liked when she said the word positive didn't die during the pandemic. Mary Mary's joint Go Get It encouraged me to get a good job. I now work at a Nursing Home as a Dietary Aide. The message in Gospel Music is very powerful and glorifying to God.
When we have God anything is possible. Stay positive Erica. You are helping so many others.

Health starts in the mind. It's easy to say eat this, don't eat that, workout, run, etc. But what about stress eating, your parents not letting you leave the table until you finish your food, etc. It's not just weight loss, it's health.

Learn to handle stress without eating, parents need to give their kids small amounts or cook less food in general and let the child decide when they are done.

She does include her daughter and sisters in her workouts but you can't force people to change their eating habits if they're not ready to commit.
