Each day I have the opportunity to see the cast and shows of Star trek, I feel like a kid no matter who's playing the roles all I can say is thanks for the memories people around here.
I have watched this and again. It has so many elements that resonate I can't begin to describe it all. Watching the crew work together, grow together, grieve and make those heartbreaking decisions as time passes. Then watching transition. It is watching the human journey. I may be sentimental, but this is what Star Trek is about, life.
Can’t imagine how incredible it must feel for the folks who followed these guys from the early 2000s to this episode (and the 2021 finale). It takes some level of commitment and camaraderie to keep the same crew of actors together for almost two decades to tell the stories of the Farragut. And the brilliance of continuity back to the first full episode. Amazing.
I think this is one of the best fan-funded Star Trek films that has been produced. Bravo. To the negative commenters, I say think how well you could cobble a community-funded feature length film together and do as well as these folks did. My god, this amateur production was marvelous, I’m so sick of people who know nothing about what it takes to make a feature length film without an established studio and mega bucks investors behind the project off-handedly dismissing an amateur production like this as if they knew beans about what is entailed in producing a film like this. Ya think if some of the talented folks that produced these fan-funded productions had the financial backing that “Star Wars” rode to fame on had, couldn’t create magnificent science fiction motion pictures as well as George Lucas or Steven Spielberg? There are plenty of genuine cinematic geniuses out there in the common world that have not, and never will get lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time to be able to express themselves cinematically in the top drawer glamorous Hollywood style simply because the money man wasn’t around to grace them with their heavenly holy investment bucks. It’s not about the art; It’s all about the scratch! And that’s a crying shame….
wow! this was AWESOME! this is the most star trek thing ive watched since star trek continues! bravo. the lights, the sounds. the dialog. the witty banter. the honor. the courage. the duty. the sacrifice. this IS star trek. thank you. live long and prosper.
I’ve watched almost every fan-made series and the Farragut videos are by far the best I’ve viewed; great scripts, well filmed, brilliant acting, good effects and scenery - perfect!!!
BRAVO! Excellent production value, script, costumes, music, everything. I really appreciate that this was a full-length episode, too. I truly hope that you'll do more.
@@vanceamania It really comes across in the shows. The Captain reminds me of a buddy I used to mountain bike with and go see bands play with him and his wife, and RT and Mike are awesome as well. I saw a video of a newscrew interviewing them when they were in the early stages of the show, and they seemed super nice/cool AND I saw a NA MIata (red, like mine) in a driveway that if theirs is another connection. Lovely folks for sure, and VERY high quality show they've gifted the rest of us. Thank them all for me, please. Grazie mille!!!!!
@@vanceamania: I don’t understand how 18th Century George Washington could possibly be “the first Emperor”. Except retrospectively, as a propaganda measure, by a 20th Century successor.
this is very well done, the sets and special effects are absolutely spot on. the only point I would make is that a starship is likely to have a smattering of more younger crew members for those dynamic adventures, not sure how this crew would fare in a fist fight with Klingons
Thinking back on my Navy days, a few crew members would be put on a PT fitness program, to get them back in shape. But still a good movie, very in keeping with ST-TOS.
I enjoyed the Hell out of it. 1) it depicted humans as humans and how we would go to the stars. 2) I remember saying how beautiful of a ship it was. It was realistic and a practical configuration of a size for 1st exploration. 3) I found the stories and plots enjoyable and entertaining. Too damn many people saw too much of the old and not opened minded enough. Your damn right I wanted a 5th season. I also read most of the books as well.

That was a hell of a show. you can see how much the actors and character arc matured to reach this level.
Geez you folks do some wonderful work!!!☮☮🖖🖖🖖🖖
That was a good movie thank you keep up the good work everybody.❤
These films stand up to the series. Love the work that everyone put into these.
This is Trek done right! I love it.

For the love of it. Production quality holds. Well done.
Glad you enjoyed it!
What a joy to watch a series I have enjoyed since the 60’s here in 2023! Great job cast and crew!
such a good episode, has all the classic Trek ingredients, good story, intrigue, mystery, humor, covert and clandestine actions.
its a great film
Most definitely better than what the so-called professionals are doing. What huge surprise of how Potemkin showed up.
Excellent episode!
i agree 100%
It must have been a lot of work to produce an episode this good but I hope that you all had as much fun making it as it was to watch.
A good movie, evoking the traditions and feel of ST-TOS. Well done! 😎👍
New On The No Budget Productions = NICE JOB!!...Story Line /Acting & Effects....BRAVA!!
I can't believe how good these are.
Thank you.
We are all blessed by what they did
@@vanceamania Truly! Well said, mate.

100%! Along with ST Continues, THIS is the Real Star Trek, not the corporate garbage.
You guys are amazing, thanks for all your work 🙏

What a great movie and an even greater story! Nicely done and to be honest: I really love your intro music as well! Sounds wonderful! ❤🖖
Wow. Heartbreakingly brilliant. Everyone involved in this series has my immense gratitude for keeping the TRUE Spirit of Star Trek alive!
They are a great bunch of ppl, that is for sure

It truly was/is.
George Washington reappears as Captain Wilcox! Perhaps he's a direct descendant of the "First Emperor?"
Perhaps

Those ships look so good in space. Also, the general tone of the storyline holds true to the original series which makes these extra fun to watch.
totally agree
It's great when you can see how those involved have a passion for their work.
A very well made episode and a fantastic story.
i liked it alot too
I told them to go destroy that saucer section. But noooo, didn’t listen to me 😂
Lol
This is badass, thank you.
🖖😎👍Very cool and very nicely well done and very well executed in every way and detail provided indeed, Very TOS in every way shape and form for sure👌.
Interesting and surprisingly well done! I was expecting Motel 6 rooms, but the buildout, special effects, color me impressed! 👍🏼❤️👍🏾

Why is this channel kidnapping a Starship Farragut video when they have their own channel?
We are friends with them and we're given permission to post them in the completed form. We did not kidnap anything
@@vanceamania Thank you (and all the crew at SF) for posting the completed shows. They are truly a wonderful gift to Star Trek fans!
