Barry Gibb is an exceptional example of how a super star should be. He’s such a good hearted person and loves his family. That to me makes him far more attractive than any other feature❤ I love The Bee Gees above and beyond any other.
In spite of his grief and age, Barry still has a 1000 watt smile. He always lifts my spirit.

Agree. I’m really not a fan of covers, of any group’s. I’ve just never liked them. To me they’re second rate. If you’re a fan of the originators of a song you want to hear the song from them. I honestly think hearing a cover is a singer’s pleasure, not a fan’s. It feeds their ego to hear someone else singing your song. But for the fans, they only want the Bee Gees to sing them. Certainly not Demi Lovato, who murdered that song.
I also don’t like that they gave their songs to other singers for the same reason. The Bee Gees should’ve been the ones to do Heartbreaker.

It has to be hard losing 3 of your brothers and being the last one left. I'm really glad that Barry's wife convinced him to get back on stage and keep The Bee Gees legacy alive. He was absolutely brilliant on The Mythology tour and at Glastonbury. He has no idea how much we all love this talented and humble man. Robin, Maurice and Andy will always be with him.
Last of the authentic people, someone with real talent and true accomplishment.

Barry has kept the world rocking and dancing perhaps longer than anyone anyone else out there. We have had 4 generations of BeeGees fans in my family. We love what you are doing and what you guys did. Bless you and yours always.

I hope Barry knows that the fans “love him inside and out”. And once a handsome man, always a handsome man to us. Music fans aren’t shallow like movie fans. Their looks fade and people move on. But music is different. Especially when we have shared decades together. We loved the Gibb men collectively and individually. They all did exactly what they wanted to do as little boys. They entertained us, and we loved it. The 4 Gibb boys all made their mark.

Besides their sense of humor, the other notable trait about the Bee Gees during interviews was their willingness to answer questions as honestly as possible at that point in time.
It breaks my heart to hear Robin having such a hard time singing a song. God bless The BeeGees. We are so fortunate to have had them in our lifetime. Rest In Peace Rob and Mo. You are truly loved and missed! ❤️🌹❤️

For all those that are interested many of us that were 14 -15 at the time in 1977 and were too young for the X rated movie (18)Saturday Night Fever,we still managed to get in the cinema by hook or by crook whether it was paying someone to help you get in or the older looking one of you bought all the tickets or you got someone to open the fire escape at the back of the cinema we got in.
Saturday Night Fever was probably the no1 movie of all time for young people around the world at that time. Through the message by the great acting of John Travolta ,direction,script, production and more importantly the music of The Bee Gees it hit the bullseye and spoke about our lives at that time.
If you were young at that time and watched the movie ,you knew it was a great time to be alive.Thank you The Bee Gees,Robert Stigwood,John Badham and John Travolta and cast.God Bless you all.
The Bee Gees music will last for eternity along with the great composer like bach,beethoven,The Beatles.

I was 7 at the time. In some ways I missed out on the Bee Gees live.
I grew up enjoying their music and it is still there with the same passion. These guys are apostles of music, love and brotherhood alike. Staying alive forever.

Barry Gibb is a very strong individual. I know how much losing the 2 closest people in my family affected me but he lost the 3 closest people in his life. I'm a Virgo just like him and even then, he is such a calm, positive and influential man on Earth.

Anthony Mason is my favorite person to interview noted talent. He always delivers an insightful and enjoyable experience. He's a modern day Dan Rather. He did an excellent job with Barry Gibb and I LOVED it when he interviewed both the Monkees and Paul Stanley. What classic interviews those are. I like the fact he offered context to Barry Gibb here, after the interview, by stating how far he has come in the past eight years. Barry Gibb has been such a glum personality, and for good reasons, so it was heartening to hear that. I wish him nothing but the very best. I hope he can live life without so much grief.

One of Barrys best interviews I feel, since the passing of Robin. The interviewer seemed relaxed and genuine...like just more of a personal chat going down between he and Barry. Barry seemed very much at ease himself. Loved Barrys .."not before 11 o'clock!" humor at the end! (And happy to say that the Grammy show did justice to this Fabulous band-of-brothers!!)😉

"It must be difficult to forgive, when your the only one left." Way to rub it in dude....way to rub it in. Barry and his brother are icons. My opinion, today's music is okay, but it is no where near as it was back then years ago. Barry seems like such a sweet and caring soul and I hope that he knows that even though there may have been some sibling rivalry, Robin and Maurice loved him, that is what matters the most.

Mr. Barry Gibb is one of the best personalities in the music industry (if not the biggest). His musical abilites, great ideas, melodies......I just cant thank enough. I guess it takes so much strength to stay on that stage, where you used to sing together, without your brothers....it must be horrible. Stay strong, Mr. Best!
