I thought parting the thing out was the only option. IDK why I underestimated you. You're a collision specialist at this point. What a professional job you do. Mad respect to you!
I love that you’re not afraid to tackle anything you’ve never attempted before. And everything always turns out right. This BMW is going to be awesome.
I am pleased to see you are starting to use safety gear. I know they initially are a bit uncomfortable but recommend you use mask and ear muffs, maybe a combined unit. In the long term you be be thankful you did. Keep up the great professional work.
Love your channel dude, stay true to what you do and love fixing cars. Don't roll into having to buy watches for views. your channel is strong doing what you do.
So awesome! I love watching you rebuild these cars and trucks. Very cool that the ECU deal came together, another win for a whip you were not too stoked on. Keep up the awesome work!
I think this channel needs more love than its getting Like i am subbed to channels that swap all old parts for new ones and call it a build I joined when Ben was fabricating subframes and trying to BUILD a car from scratch and since then the channel has kept its originality Please don't ruin it we beg you You are one of the few originals left ❤🇬🇭
The King of structural repair. It all looks so easy when you do this type of work Ben. Have a great 2024, it just gets better and better for you. Cheers, Bob
Ben, you are killing-it!!!! It is really nice to see your channel growing and progressing! You have come a long way since straightening frames for the boys. Keep up the good work.
Another great video 👍 Remember the ear protection 🙉 If temporarily fixing parts don't use all the self taping/structural screws, they aren't designed to be removed and reinserted. Just use the one to hold/position the part, and when finally installing the part drive them all in
Because of the quality, speed, technology, and fun, my love for this channel increases a lot. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We learn from you, and our love increases. THANK YOU VT
Honestly, I expected you'd cut some corners when I saw the strut tower damage, but you did a properly good job! I'm proud of you, you're becoming a master of your work, and all this while running a TH-cam channel! All I can say is Bravo! Keep up the good work! You deserve all the good things coming to you. Cheers from Croatia.
I greatly appreciate how you have a large amount of content in each segment. Not too many breaks, you go quickly from one task/step to the next. I watch the channel much longer than I would otherwise.
I think your talents are underestimated. You’re young, and exceptionally knowledgeable, hope your career is going places man . Great watching your work
It truly amazes me how manufacturers are creating more parts to be replaced when in an accident out of plastics. Many parts like bumpers should have all pieces as one whole unit for eas of replacement and weight reduction. Only parts that are very fragile should be cast separately. I do like the chassis being in different parts that collapse with out damaging the unibody and frame pieces. That does make sense l. Less cars would be totaled if they think it through a lil more
Glad to hear that the guy who owned the BMW stepped up to get you the ECU. Personally he should have just give it to you cause taking things off of that car once the ins co paid out is fraud IMO. You sure are damn good at what you do 👍🏻 Happy New Year! 🎉
Now you’re probably an accessory to larceny. 😅Receiving stolen goods is usually a felony if the value is over $1000. I wouldn’t call this legal advice, but I probably wouldn’t poke the Copart hornet’s nest myself.
Copart usually doesn't own the cars they sell, they re-market them for insurance companies. In this case I would say an insurance company owned this car and paid the person out being how new/expensive it is. At best Copart can let the insurance company know the ECU was taken, but I doubt they'd follow-through with anything. @@jaysparc
Ben........when it comes to doing things the easy way, or the right way, I respect that you do things the right way. I don't think that anyone would have any concerns buying a vehicle from you. I can't say that about some folks.
Amigo tu fuiste el primero en qué yo empecé a ver contenido de carros tengo muchos años siguiendo te feliz año nuevo y no dejes de subir contenido 👍🤟🇲🇽
I was going to write a glowing review but reading other ones I feel a bit late to the party. Needless to say your thoroughness and methodic methods are unparralelled on both you own projects and those of Goon boys, Samcrac, Ratarossa etc. AS they say you are a diamond in the rough. Great work Ben, may your channel grow to match your talent.
@Official_vTunedGarage.. thanks bro man I love BMWs I have a 08 535i and it's misfiring and the shop I used to take it to says I got get a and he can fix it for 7 thousand dollars man I'm like nah do I need a motor because you don't play you can fix anything so what you think vtune thanks man
As a person in past responsibility for casting shock towers for BMW, not exactly for 3/4 series but for 5 series i'm hughe impresed how you change it in your garage! In past we hear it will be realy hard to do. I'll show that video to my colegues. Greting from Poland!
Tremendous job as usual Mr. Ben! Excited to this Beemer come together now! Btw I would shove a rag in that Turbo also it only takes a moment for more peace of mind esp. as you removed the sheeting and had more metal flying around!
Picking some good tunes to go with these videos, Ben. I gotta say, channels like yours have absolutely made regular TV obsolete. Only flip over to watch football or bad weather reports. IMO TV sucks the bag.
I don’t agree with the previous owner charging u for ECU. That’s the insurance property, the guy is lucky because he should be charged with fraud. Great work as always VTune.
Its scary how easy you make this all look, because I know youre putting in sime seriously hard work here. Well-done young brother, I love your videos man, you have good positive energy, keep up the good work! 🙏🏿 🇬🇧&🇬🇭
After many of your videos. You sir are a master at repairing. AWSOME job as always. You do it right the 1st time cool 😊😊😊😊 would love to see a truck REBUILDs
Very good job I'm a French Internet user I'm already following you on another account and I've watched almost all your videos, even the one of you moving into your new workshop. I'm impressed by your calmness and serenity in everything you do, and practically all by yourself. I have a question: how do you finance the purchase of parts for each vehicle you restore? When I see the restoration of the vehicles you've done, that you've done at the top end of the range, in France with French brands, it would be child's play for you, because it's much less technical than MC LAREN, BMW M4, M5, MUSTANG, PICKUP F250, RAM ect... I'm a fan of American pickups, like the F150, but they're a bit too big and wide for our roads in France, and especially for parking. So if I can afford it, I'd like to buy a FORD RANGER V6 3.0 TURBO DIESEL equipped with RAPTOR, because petrol is too expensive in France in terms of consumption.
I thought parting the thing out was the only option. IDK why I underestimated you. You're a collision specialist at this point. What a professional job you do. Mad respect to you!
Seems like you didn't watched his old videos 😂
but he always says he's going to part whatever it is out then doesn't.
@@TNT-ml1ll I have not. But he's killing it now.
Wait till he gets a CnC machine
This was a simple fix lol
I watch a lot of these types of rebuilds but time after time your attention to detail wins by a country mile.
I love that you’re not afraid to tackle anything you’ve never attempted before. And everything always turns out right. This BMW is going to be awesome.
Structural repair looks great man!! Can’t wait to see this car back on the road!!
Blow tack and static!! Robby has likely the biggest paint booth on TH-cam, excellent work from his shop
While goonzquad busy selling merch and doing giveaways to dodge taxes.your out here grinding man, another great video of actual work being done😊
You make working on cars look so easy, great job , love watching your videos
I am pleased to see you are starting to use safety gear.

They creep me out

Please stay real! Don’t go the gs road…

Agreed over the bs things like that with them

well ben got another "old" mustang to play with. so more interesting contents ahead 😄
The King of structural repair. It all looks so easy when you do this type of work Ben.
Have a great 2024, it just gets better and better for you. Cheers, Bob
It's really a pleasure to watch you create, watching your videos is meditation for me. I wish you a happy and healthy 2024 and many more new creations
Gotta love that Ben just cracks on. Soooo much done in 1 video already. Absolute credit to you and the quality workmanship. Great to watch.
Ben, you are killing-it!!!! It is really nice to see your channel growing and progressing! You have come a long way since straightening frames for the boys. Keep up the good work.
Can't wait to see this one finished. It's gonna be fire! I just bought my first Copart car. You have given me the confidence to give it a shot.
Good luck man If you need any Help shoot me an email!
Another great video 👍 Remember the ear protection 🙉 If temporarily fixing parts don't use all the self taping/structural screws, they aren't designed to be removed and reinserted. Just use the one to hold/position the part, and when finally installing the part drive them all in
That drill shaving at 19:15 went straight towards the turbo Ben😮
Sweet that you were able to get the original ECU! Looking good!
I was waiting to finish the video before asking about the ECU. I'm glad that's sorted out now. Great job, well done.
Never knew those strut towers are all segments that can be replaced, awesome work! Big Up!
These last few builds the last few months were extremely well chosen. Great picks. Terrific cars.
Because of the quality, speed, technology, and fun, my love for this channel increases a lot. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We learn from you, and our love increases.
THANK YOU VT
You’re a real boss for taking on this project and there is t really any walkthrough for how to do this. Awesome!
Damn dude. You have a wealth of knowledge. Great work man!
Your work and ability to tackle jobs that most shops won't even touch is awesome...and the best part is this one can be your daily driver.
Thanks for mentioning the price. Sounds like you got a decent deal. Always enjoy the vids!

That's the spirit of the v tune I love, nothing to big that Ben can't overcome, another awesome video best rebuild channel on you tube👍👍👍
Great news about the ecu ! Thanks to the previous owner. 👍
Man you're a car guru. You find more damage but you keep pushing on... No turning back now. You must really 👍 & wanted this vehicle.
You and your brothers all do excellent work, always the best jobs. Happy New Years to you and your family. Thanks again for all the videos

Thanks for telling us what you pay for everything. It makes the videos more interesting.
Looking good Ben ! Amazing that all that holds new cars together is panel bond and rivets and aluminum panels ! No wonder they fold up when hit !
Glad to hear that the guy who owned the BMW stepped up to get you the ECU. Personally he should have just give it to you cause taking things off of that car once the ins co paid out is fraud IMO. You sure are damn good at what you do 👍🏻 Happy New Year! 🎉
I was going to say the same thing.
It's totally fraud. I would ask him for a refund, or let copart know he stole the parts.
Now you’re probably an accessory to larceny. 😅Receiving stolen goods is usually a felony if the value is over $1000. I wouldn’t call this legal advice, but I probably wouldn’t poke the Copart hornet’s nest myself.

He took it off because of his insurance finding out he'd tuned it

Congrats on the nice bmw glad things worked out with the ecu always good stuff from you 👍
It's always interesting to see how the manufacturers put cars and trucks together these days. Good luck with the build vTune!
Glad to see you ain’t cutting any corners and repairing it to original spec. Great work! :) you got it cheap enough to still be worth it.
Respect for your work, verry good video, just work and no bs!
Great work. Not skimping on anything. Cheap repair vs good new parts was the best option on this one.
Amazing work, Ben. Love that your videos cover so much ground on a build. Cant wait for the next one
One of my top TH-cam channels. You honestly deserve everything coming your way for all the work you put in. Greetings from Sunny South Africa

I love how u fixed everything to look like nothing happens, meaning like u out every single plastic or part back.
Perfect vintage style @vTuned vid. This type of vid is your cookie cutter content. I feel this is where you shine the most. Thanks man
