    Hi! I'm an Adobe Muse user for about 1 year. I truly love this app. Your videos are very concise and practical. On this days, I was searching by internet and I found a news concerning Adobe that said it won't make more support to Muse and the software will be discontinued, so what can Muse user do? and how can it affects our current projects? I hope that you can answer me. Thanks you.

      Hi Carlos! Thank you very much for your nice words. Adobe has decided to discontinue Muse but this does not mean that it will disappear from your desktop or your sites created with Muse will stop working. You can watch this video for more information th-cam.com/video/Cl5dagpBTtY/w-d-xo.html

    Hi RM, i designed a page in muse which has a column of 4 embedded TH-cam videos using OBJECT > INSERT HTML. Works fine. The only problem is when the browser is shrunk the videos start reloading at each breakpoint. Also at different breakpoints i tried changing the YT videos code to a smaller size, but then the size changed on all breakpoints. Any ideas how to have a YT embedded video sized differently on different break points ?

    Hey thanks a bunch. I Downloaded all ur tuts. And am now getting familiar with the app. Tho I tried out the break points and after uploading a trial site to my hosting. The site is not responsive to resolutions. It sticks to desktop mode.
    And 2nd. I tried sending out a trial message with the contact form but then.. The simple form worked fine, and the detailed form responds with a server fail error.
    What cld be the solution for my encounters.
    Thank you.

      Hi! I have checked the link and it seems that you haven't adjusted the elements to all the breakpoints. That's the only issue that I see. If you continue watching the course you will learn how.

      @@NetgrowsTech Okay Gina get time off work and watch the last episodes. Then I tried setting the .htaccess rule to hide the .HTML extension but it failed to work on a muse site. I set it on a mobirise site, a notepad ++ coded site they all worked fine. Would there be another solution or way out. Tnx

    Can a site be converted from fluid response to fixed? Thank you for your assistance.

    • @NetgrowsTech
      @NetgrowsTech  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Bernard! Yes you can. In 5:40 it shows how to do it. Also, you will probably need to adjust your web elements.

    Hi, there. Thanks for this video. I wonder if you can help me with an issue I'm having constantly with breakpoints. On the Home page, I'm trying to repete the very same breakipoint as the Master page, but it keeps saying "breakpoints cannot be created within 25px of an existing breakpoint, or at a position smaller than the minimum page width". However, in my case, these situations are not happening. It was all working fine until I got to create the 480px after the 600px, so a space a lot bigger than 25px. Right? Also, I had no problem to do exactly the same on my Master page. I have even created the whole page from scratch, just to make sure I was following the recommendations precisely. Do you have any clue of what is going on? Thanks a lot, in advance. Cheers Elcio

    Hi, I just watched ur series and created master page with breakpoints ...but when I switch to home page their is no breakpoint indication it's simply on 1400 px .... what shall I do to rectify this problem ?

    • @NetgrowsTech
      @NetgrowsTech  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Allen! Have you applied the master page to the home page? Try doing that and the breakpoints should show.

    whats final here? do I make Fixed or fluid?

    • @NetgrowsTech
      @NetgrowsTech  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Tumisho! In this first chapter I made fixed and fluid breakpoints to explain the difference between them. If you watch the whole course you will learn how to build your Muse website using fixed breakpoints as it is easier to control all your web elements.

    I have been using Muse as an amateur (I use other Creative Cloud apps professionally) and never properly understood the difference between fixed and fluid layouts, assuming fixed layouts were non responsive. Duh! All that pain with fluid layouts could have been avoided.

    • @NetgrowsTech
      @NetgrowsTech  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Dyrck! I understand what you mean, fixed and fluid concepts can be a bit confusing. I always recommend using fixed breakpoints, as it is easier to control all the web elements and you can use scroll effects in Muse.

    Muse is dead, because of "breakpoints" confusion. Please get back the Desktop, Tablet, and Phone modes! they're much easier and better than freakin' breakpoints
