I'm guessing since he's an SC commit, these services like to rank SC commits lower than what they should be. Case in point, look at Arch Manning, low competition, doesn't have day one starting potential but still gets the top spot in the recruiting rankings. Also Newby is built like a NFL linebacker now, last I checked he's up to 225 to 230. He's also showing out in spring camp.
