In 1985 the guy I bought my 1970 340 Duster 3 speed manual car from for $500.00 found me after a couple years after buying it from him. He had bought and been bracket racing a 1968 Charger RT with the 383 magnum automatic, and wanted to trade me, plus the cost of a front disc brake setup he just put on, another $500.00. Who the hell had an extra $500.00 in 1985? I wish I would have sold a few things for it now! Your 68 is awesome brother, stay safe!
Honestly probably around 600 to the wheels. From factory they weighed 3,500lbs. This one probably has a full cage so it’s a bit heavier. Without knowledge of what gears, transmission,Or knowledge of what fuel type or boost he could be running it’s a bit tricky. I’d say the whole thing might way around 3,850lbs with driver, so my guess is it makes around 600-650 to the tires, or around 725 to the crank.
well, that was a perfect reaction time. the car really jumped when the suspension loaded up. beautiful run
The way the suspension picks up and takes off!!Love it!!🔥🔥🔥
Now that's what I call a real car 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Love that old school raked look. And it still ran in the 10's.
Fun! In the early 80s when I was in HS, all the cool kids had the 1960s muscle cars their dads had saved, GTO, Charger, Firebird, Mustangs old school
You got to love the way a Mopar aggressively stands up when it's time to rock and roll! 💯🇺🇸💪

What’s you’re suspension and wheel/tire set up man? Beautiful car BTW
I wonder what kind of power it’s putting down.

THATS NOT A BAD TIME! John P.
It takes a BOAT LOAD of HP to make a 4000 lb car get into the 10's !!!!!!!!!!!!
Looks like our fiend Carlos from the street racing days twenty plus years ago.
Not bad for a girl...
J/K😉
Sweet car too.
