Some of you may wonder why I referred to them as advanced English, even though some expressions are slang, like “beats me,” and others are idiomatic, like “break a leg.”
Precisely for this reason, I categorized them under the heading “Advanced.” As a learner, you shouldn't delve into these until the advanced stage, after mastering the basics and standard English.
In real life, you won’t be asked to identify these terms, but to comprehend their meanings. Therefore, it is irrelevant what they are called; the primary objective is understanding their meanings.
You might not use them, but understanding them is indispensable to remain aware of what others are discussing.

Это интересно. Но почти всегда это разные вещи и отношения. Все варианты можно широко перевести на русский язык и будет понятно почему это всегда были разные отношения.
Could you also include the dialogue before and after the phrase is spoken by the actors? I believe it would help illustrate how the same phrase can be used in different contexts. This would make it more practical and easier to remember. That being said, the video is excellent!

Are you Mad is a British way to say are you crazy. For Americans it usually means are you angry

I came here out of curiosity, this is really cool. It'd be neat to teach English one day. :D For "Sleep on it" I think of the scene from Spanglish, when one lady is avoiding being handed a note since it was written in anger, so she tells the other lady to "sleep on it" -- then the next day the other lady comes back and hands her the note and says "I slept." It was so cool.

Na verdade algumas expressões tem a mesma ideia, mas possuem diferenças sutis. Não podendo ser colocadas como sinais de um domínio maior ou menor do idioma.
Como o exemplo a seguir, ambas expressam a ideia de fome, mas a intensidade é diferente.
Very hungry -> Muita fome
Starving -> Morrendo de fome
Outro exemplo seria
No money -> Sem dinheiro
Broke -> Quebrado (trás mais peso)
E por ai vai... Mas gostei do vídeo.
