Rodger hill ... it's not your warm market where you find good people - it's the warm market of your market, by taprooting about 4-5 people deep. I did corporate recruiting for the education industry and the same numbers applied. It's the difference between active recruiting (networking deep) versus passive recruiting (ads and resumes) .... active recruiting always wins, in quantity and in quality.
If you want to pay your bills and your rent and need to work asap. Stay away, you will waste your time. My first meeting with them I've been asked to pay for the certificates that the will apply me for . " A comment from two business owner"
