    IMPORTANT UPDATE: Both models now work very nicely via the Tuya integration in Home Assistant as of 2022.3! Both curtain positions are reported to HA when adjusted by app or voice, and the apps are updated when position is changed in HA! Even though it's not a local solution, it's awesome that the HA devs have gotten this going!

    Is this still not working for HA ?
    -Any other recommendations that works with Zigbee / HA ?

      Both models are now working with the Tuya integration in HA! I may soon be testing a Zigbee curtain from ZemiSmart that similar to Switchbot

      @@makeitworktech ugh but it still works with Google assistant? I need these but would love to tie in to my ecosystem via HA directly

      Yeah worries with Google and Alexa. You can tie it in indirectly using Alexa Media Integration if you have an Echo. May be able to buy the Zigbee version and try to get it working?

    How’s the noise on normal operation?

    • @makeitworktech
      @makeitworktech  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Fairly quiet compared to Switchbot... A low whine. Don't forget you can update then completely locally by using a smart remote like the Broadlink rm4 Pro

      I was asking for the type of hooks you used to hang the curtains ;) Found the ones that I need. Love the Motorized Track!
      One of the best smart home purchases I have ;)

      @@sashakolsky oops my bad haha. Yeah, I use what I think are called drapery hooks. Yeah I love this thing! Wish it had local control, or was Zigbee.

    Do I need a zemismart hub for the z-wave model? I have smartthings hub

      I wasn't aware there was a Z-Wave model, but I've never tested it so I'm not sure, sorry!

      @@makeitworktech yep they sell them on their website. I'd prefer z wave as much as possible for my smart home stuff and delegates 5ghz wifi for laptops, phones, etc.
