So relatable. Why do we do this? 😂😂 why do we always want to have it worst?
I think because if someone says they had worse, it gets you to think your pain is unearned or it's not that bad and you are just a wuss.
So you try to emphasize how your pain is much more worse than what they think it is and you are not just wussing out.
At least that is how I think it works

As helium leaked from the balloons, Dink eventually floated back down to Earth, landing on the doorstep of Mr. and Mrs. McLaughlin. They adopted him and, not knowing his name was Dink, renamed him Rhett.
Except he said Dink was his little brother and Rhett is a little older than Link...........sorry I'll go now....

Ah yes, I met Dink just this past week. We met at Starbucks and we talked about how he ended up as an expert wine director in Italy. He has his own vineyard now. His wine is incredible!
This made me laugh because I used to work with a guy who did this exact thing.😂

This story reminds me of an episode from Cold Case called "Fireflies", where a little girl was thought to be killed in 1975 but survived with amnesia in another state. That series had the best music ever!
